Incidentals Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax, and an additional $50 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7-10 business days after checking out. Depending on your banking institution this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card to check-in with, and then use your debit card at the time of check-out to settle your balance.

Pet Policy

We gladly welcome your furry friends at our pet-friendly hotel near Carowinds. A maximum of two (2) dogs per room, weighing 75 pounds combined and under, are permitted. 

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Minimum Check-In Age

The minimum age to reserve a guest room at Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Accepted Forms of Payment Policy

Please be advised that Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood does not accept Cash App or Chime cards for check-in purposes. However, you may use Cash App and Chime cards for purchases in our market. If you have additional questions about this policy, please speak with a member of our Front Desk team directly.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
