Reservations

All reservations must have a valid credit card on file to secure the room. Reservations without a valid credit card may be subject to cancellation.

Check In

The Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre has a minimum check in age of 21. Guests must show a valid ID matching the name on the reservation at check in. If the guest is under 21 or unable to provide proper identification at check in, the reservation will be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a restful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. We kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum during this time.

Violations of our quiet hours policy will result in a formal warning. After three documented violations, guests may be asked to vacate the property without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide an enjoyable stay for everyone.

Pet Policy

At Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, we know pets are part of the family! That’s why we welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay. Our hotel is near dog-friendly parks and beaches, as well as pet-friendly restaurants with outdoor seating, making it easy to explore Mount Pleasant with the entire family!

When your pup needs to stretch their legs, you’ll find several local dog parks less than fifteen minutes form the hotel, perfect for a little outdoor fun! Out team is happy to recommend the best pet-friendly spots in the area.

- Avant Garden Park: 3.7 miles

- Isle of Palms Beach: 4.8 miles

Pet Fees

- 1-6 nights: $100 per stay total

- 7-30 nights: $200 per stay total

- 31+ nights: Please reach out to hotel and speak with management.

Additional Guidelines

- Pets must be well-behaved and supervised at all times.

- For the comfort of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash in public areas.

- Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage, fitness center or pool areas.

- Housekeeping services will not be provided while pets are in the room.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages incurred.
