Excellent hotel, very modern and clean. Staff is wonderful and love the evening ambiance outside in back very relaxing and fireplace at various locations. The pool was wonderful, wish there was jacuzzi but realize that comes with additional maintenance and safety concerns. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will come back again on my next business trip.

The hotel was a typical Hyatt Place Hotel, which are generally nice and a good value. However the parking situation at this hotel was terrible. The parking was 1 1/2 blocks away in a parking garage, which seemed very unsafe at night. I would definitely mot recommend this hotel because of that problem.

Clean, Tidy and spacious rooms, great location with amazing view from the room. I travelled for a business visit and the checkin checkout was super convenient

Room was clean. Closet too small for more than 2 people. No microwave in each room only on 2 & 4th floor. Pillows uncomfortable. Never got assistance from maintenance concerning my TV internet. Location I like because shopping center has several stores that I like shopping at.

I was very satisfied with the room from Hyatt Place . Because we had to abruptly leave the previous room we had just checked into from another hotel chain and ask for a refund because the room was deplorable. After traveling for hours and just wanting to find a place to rest and relax for the night before having to continue our travels. So at the last minute we had to find another hotel and the Hyatt Place was our saving grace. So thank you Hyatt Place for being that saving grace for us at the last minute.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms clean. Only suggestion, if you’re over 5’10” , get a king bed room, you’ll get much better sleep! Granted my husband is 6’4” but we had a queen bed for awhile and I don’t remember it being so small for him to sleep in. Walk in showers are fantastic, and the pillows are great. And I love that every room comes with blackout shades

Every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations. Make sure to get reservations at the Ridge Room. It’s a foodie adventure.

Excellent food in restaurant for dinner. That was amazing. Clean room. Not stocked with necessities.Unknown charge on my bill in which no one had an answer for.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it was top notch in service, cleanliness and courtesy.The restaurant was a wonderful change from typical hotel food, breakfast with so much variety and the staff was wonderful.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were soft and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The Ridge Room Rooftop Tavern was nice and the drinks were delicious. The best part was the ice in the ice machine. LOL
