At Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown-The Loop, your furry friends are welcome. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged. A maximum of two dogs weighing 25 pounds or under per room are allowed. Pets exceeding this weight are at the hotel’s discretion. All pets must be housebroken.

The minimum age required to check in is 21.

At check-in, $100 will be authorized per stay for incidentals. Only credit and debit cards with chips are accepted.

Cash is not accepted as a method of payment or incidentals payment.
