Pet Policy

At our pet-friendly hotel, Hyatt Place Chicago/Lombard/Oak Brook, we are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions.

Fees:

1–6 nights: $100/stay

7–30 nights: $200/stay (includes cleaning fee) 

Weight Limits:

Only one dog weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted per room.

Incidentals / Holds

During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional $50 per night, for any incidentals placed on the guest room. These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction. Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days. Damages to Hotel Property will be assessed and charged at the hotel’s discretion. It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check in.
