Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.

Method of Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card at check-in. It will need to be authorized for the full room and tax plus an additional $100 for any incidentals. If the reservation is pre-paid, a credit card is still required and will be authorized for $100 for any incidentals. We are cashless; no cash payments will be accepted.

Package Handling / Receiving Policies

Package Receiving Pricing

Flat envelopes: $0

0–4 lbs: $5

5–19 lbs: $10 

20–49 lbs: $25

50 or more lbs: $50

Any packages that arrive more than three days before guest arrival will be charged an additional $5 early storage fee. Any long-term guest who stays with us (15+ nights) will be allowed five packages to be received complimentary and then charged 50 percent of the standard pricing. 

Pet Policy

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at Hyatt Place Chicago/River North.  If you have any questions about the policy, please contact our team directly at 312-755-1600.
