Very clean nicely appointed hotel. Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly. Bathroom door is just a frosted glass door that did not close/lock properly and air conditioning unit was in closet and super loud. We would still definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Although customer service was awful and definitely had to stand up for yourself and prove what they already knew; date change on stay( by one day) and confirmed 3 times on 3 different days and they still didn't have it correct in the system (even though I was told it was on those 3 occasions) and had cancelled my stay and I had to hope they still had a room for me. The room itself was nice. the beds are comfortable and the little corner couch is great. I do not plan to visit any time again in the near future. this was for a team softball tournament.

The customer service needs to improve and clean the rooms. Phone did not work. Toilet kept running. The breakfast was horrible especially the bacon. The boiled eggs were not fully cooked. Front desk people were helpful. Parking and location were a plus.

Spotless, perfect location for everything in Canton. Rooms were like new, the hallways smelled great. Huge breakfast area and the easiest access from main street to the back side streets. Hotel is extremely easy to access and right in the middle of everything Canton.

Great conference room with mini fridge was very helpful. Clean, up to date, and attentive staff. The price was also very good for the use of the meeting room for 2 days. It was much cheaper than the normal and we were allowed to take in our own snacks which was very nice!

This is one of the best hotels in Canton. Very clean, great customer service, and affordable. I signed up to be a World of Hyatt member and the discount on rooms is excellent! You also earn points for rewards on future stays. The pool was closed for repairs and service but that just means they are taking good care of their pool.

Great space in the rooms. We booked 2 Queens w /a Sofa and there was an incredible amount of storage and counter space to use the room and get ready for a family of 4. Hotel common areas and room were clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The only downside is that I wish coffee was in the lobby at all times, but I know that can be not easy to maintain.

The staff was very helpful in accommodating us with 4 rooms after we had a terrible experience with another hotel chain. The rooms were very nice, and the hotel itself was well maintained. Breakfast was good, but they continued to run out of food and coffee. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had tortillas, unexpected and nice. The beds were comfortable, the toiletries were stocked completely. The room was very comfortable and clean. We stopped to go to the NFL Hall of Fame, very close to the complex, near some restaurants. Easy access to highway. For overnight or little more I would say it is a good place to stay.

Good value. Very clean and nice hotel. Employees were super friendly and welcoming, our room looked and felt clean. The only problem that we encountered was the non smoking rooms being used to smoke weed, and the smell is all over and even into our room. For people with asthma, this can be a problem. This is why hotels/places have no smoking in place, but it has to be enforced better for health reasons, I have no problem with what someone does in their own home.
