room and cleanlyness was great, no issues. Asked for a small attention to the room for my fiancée birthday but the hotel did nothing.

Stayed for a sporting event. Loved everything about the hotel. Super clean, great lobby/sitting area for hanging/eating/socializing. Free, delicious breakfast. Comfy beds and linens. All areas of the hotel were clean. I did not require maintenance, but a friend had an a/c system that was finicky and they took care of the issue seamlessly. Hugo especially was awesome. We have stayed at most of the other hotels in Marlborough (sons play travel hockey and baseball) and would 100% return to the Hyatt. By far the best value.

Room was really confortable and clean, breakfast was great, easy to check in. Gym had equipment that was needed. Easy parking and close to a few restaurants

My stay at Hyatt Place was a last minute one for an emergency data center incident that had me in the area overnight. Excellent front desk staff at 2:30am for my arrival, and as well at my departure. Perfect room for my stay. Thanks!

Location was perfect, the suite was great, we stayed in the King suite which had 1K sq ft. We traveled with 2 dogs and they were treated very well by the staff and other patrons. Our view from room 426 was perfect and it was very quiet. It was clean and the price was very affordable (average $215 a night).

Very clean hotel with nice staff who are helpful. We booked a double queen but received a king room with sofa bed. They ended up getting us a cot to accommodate as we traveled with two children. Very spacious room. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Breakfast did not have many options but was good. Would recommend - although pricey, it is in a very safe area and in excellent condition.

Terrible experience. Room Was dirty when we checked in. Bathroom sinks/counters had not been cleaned. Kitchen table also dirty. Bedding they was on the bed was wet. Had to request several times for bathroom to be cleaned and bedding to be changed. Hotel staff not responsive.

Great location! Has so much around it for dinner and things to do! Complimentary breakfast is very good! Hotel as a TV in their lobby with a small bar. Helpful when you don’t want to go far.

We were one working air-conditioning unit away from a 4- or 5-star rating. Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit was broken, and the room remained above 80 degrees. Besides this issue, the hotel is solid. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the fitness center was decent.

Amenities like the pool and gym at this Hyatt were not open during May 2026. I was disappointed at that. The wifi was also not working during my stay. The breakfast was very basic without many options during my 4 day stay. Hyatt Place Marlbourough disappointed me.

Check in was simple no surprises. Just stayed one night. Room was clean had a good sleep . Breakfast was as expected, good enough to get you down the road. Stress free experience.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect for travelling for my office business meeting, and the staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

Rooms were nice, breakfast was great! Great value for the price! Our room wasn't ready on time but the front desk moved us to an available room.

The day staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The night staff was rude, disrespectful and unpleasant. Do not stay here with kids.

Indoor pool was clean although a bit chilly. There were lots of restaurants withing walking distance, and the Apex Entertainment Center kept my grandson busy (and happy).

Booked 2 rooms, room 1 Sofa Bed was dirty, there were food particles on the sheet. We were moved to another room by front desk after we notified them, and once again the room we moved to also had stains on the cushions but we're flipped unside down. It was late night and kids wanted to rest so we managed and not use the sofa bed. During our stay we had 2 rooms booked and we moved from one to another due to sofa bed been dirty. However, all 3 rooms had issues with washroom sliding door, they didn't lock, and two of them didn't even completely close. We had to use it while ensuring no one walked in. Breakfast at hotels with similar rating had better options. The stay was a big disappointment for us, we were not expecting this from our stay.

A really quick trip to be able to take my son to a show just outside of Boston. All needs were met and the location was pretty ideal. About everything I'd expect with a Hyatt Place - everything went according to plan. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

ok hotel - It is so disrespectful when the hotel staff assigns you a handicapped room (knowingly) and you are not handicapped, and the hotel is only 1/3 filled. The next time I will stay at a Marriott.
