We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last decade. It is a clean, well maintained facility that looks the same as the day it opened. The staff is pleasant and competent. It is quiet and convenient to walkable decent food options. A first choice for our annual east coast family road trip.

Great Hotel in a good location. Many restaurants, shop and markets closeby. The location is good for travel in and out of Boston and is central to Mass. Clean and safe enviroment.

The hotel itself truly shines. Clean, spacious, and warm environment. My room had room to breathe -- you'll be able to dance around if you want. Wonderful breakfast, numerous and delicious options. Dedicated, efficient and courteous staff. Nice big bed, all made up to perfection. Why go anywhere else?

This relatively new Hyatt offer an excellent combination of location and quality of facilities and very responsive staff. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we visit central Massachusetts.

Worst Hyatt I have been to. Poor reception when I entered, even though I am a Hyatt member. No basic amenities like body lotion in the room. Asked for shower cap and that was also not provided. Very basic breakfast with plastic cups on offer for hot coffee ! Room was not cleaned for 4 days straight; complaints made to reception desk were just brushed aside. Try other hotels around this place, this one is just not worth the price.

My reservation was changed from 2 nights to 1 night. I would have booked elsewhere if they could not have accommodated my request, rather than changing it. I even called to confirm my 2-night stay after I booked online. I explained it to the staff at check-in, but they couldn't be bothered.

Because of very inclement weather, I made plans to stay at the Hyatt Marlborough on my return home from work (35 miles away). I was greeted and welcomed by Jay who was the best. He even volunteered to help me bring my luggage from my car in the pouring wind-driven rain. My room was spotless as was the hotel. Breakfast was free and one of the best buffets I've encountered. Both Jay & Victoria at the front desk were readily accessible and helpful for the few questions that I had during my stay. It was the best stay that I've had in any hotel in a long time. Highly recommend.

From check-in with a 100% pro, Sergio, to the spacious room with two big queens and a couch and fold out, to the window curtains that made for a great night's sleep, but let in just the right amount of morning sunshine light to let us know it was time for another great day, this is a hitel we will stay in anytime we are kn the area again for sure.

Amazing staff ! Friendly and knowledgeable! Location is perfect for dining , entertainment , etc… Rooms were spotless and super clean lobby. We left another hotel because was filthy and booked the Hyatt last Minute and was perfect . Also bar open till 1 AM . Great for teams playing in local tournaments.
