Safe & clean
Very clean hotel. Felt extremely safe. Front desk staff knew English so that was helpful! The breakfast in the morning was great! There was a lot of food and solid variety!

Not a 4 star hotel experience
I like the room itself but from first hand impression I'm not really happy with the security guards or bellhop. I'm not sure what their job is but I dont like how they dont open the gate or blockade to let cars in and out of the curbside in front of the hotel. You dont get any help with your luggages in and out of the car. Besides those people, the front desk and people who work the restaurant are nice and helpful.

Great stay
The check-in was fast and precise. The amenities were excellent. The hotel ubication was prefect for the tours we reserve. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel has laundry and that was a plus for us.

Great Stay at Bogota
I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and modern the lobby looked. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries.

Great place to stay in Bogota!
The Hyatt Place is a lovely hotel, with very warm and attentive staff in a convenient location in Bogota. The hotel is modern and clean and its amenities are great. Breakfast was delicious, buffet style, with a large variety of dishes, breads, and yummy juices!

Bogota Tour
Clean, good bed, great pillows, quiet, well located, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We were there for 9 nights starting with Estereo Picnic music festival and ending with Botero Museum. We met great people at The Hyatt from the night doorman who welcomed us back nightly to the front desk staff who got new keys for us when we both lost them at the festival and the breakfast room staff who found us ketchup and refilled our coffee with a smile. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Professionalism without pretension
Everything at Hyatt Place exhibited a top level of professionalism. Staff were friendly and helpful. I preferred my stay here to my previous stays at the Grand Hyatt. Rooms were reasonably spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculate. The selection for breakfast was fine but two mornings on the weekend were overcrowded and hectic due to large groups staying there. The food at the restaurant for one lunch and one dinner was surprisingly good.

Adequate Convention Hotel
Hotel was adequate for my purposes and as expected. The restaurant staff was excellent and the food good. However, found communicating with the Front Desk challenging as they were clearly not comfortable multi-linguists. Thank goodness for Google Translate!
