Hotel Experience & General Information
Yes, our outdoor pool is available during seasonal operating hours.
Yes. Please ensure that your full name is listed on the package. You MUST have a reservation at the hotel, otherwise the package will be refused. (Fees and size restrictions may apply)
The hotel has an on-site ATM, located on the lobby floor.
Yes, Guests may utilize the coin-operated laundry machines located on the second floor of the hotel. Valet Laundry services are available for guests staying 3 nights or longer.
Rooms & Amenities
Yes, all rooms include mini fridges. A microwave is available in the lobby for 24/7 use, and in-room microwaves are available upon request (based on availability).
Yes, feather-free amenities are available upon request with advance notice prior to arrival date.
Housekeeping services are every other day dependent on length of stay. Daily housekeeping service can be scheduled at the front desk.
Room service is not available, but the in-house restaurant, The Placery, offers to-go food options.
Yes, connecting rooms are based upon availability.
Pack & Plays are available upon request. Highchairs are available for dining areas and The Placery offers a kid’s menu.
Our hotel welcomes dogs and does not offer any designated pet-free rooms, however rooms with pets receive additional cleaning. Guests with allergies or specific accommodation needs are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance to discuss available options.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
We do not currently offer electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on-site. Guests may refer to the hotel front desk for information of nearby station locations.
Complimentary self-parking is available in the hotel parking lot during your stay, limited to 1 vehicle per room. Guests planning to park oversized vehicles, such as buses, vehicles towing trailers, or boats, are requested to notify the hotel in advance for instructions. Based on hotel occupancy, oversized vehicles may be referred to park off property.
The hotel does not offer any shuttle or transportation services.
Our hotel is 2 miles away from I-24. Please take exit 76 onto Medical Center Parkway.
Families & Groups
Yes, groups are considered 10 or more rooms. Please submit an inquiry through the Meetings & Events page of our website or email your inquiry to BNAZM-RFP@hyatt.com.
Booking & Policies
Yes, based on availability. Additional fees may apply-please inquire at the front desk.
Guests must be 21 years old or older to check into the hotel. Valid Photo ID or passport required.
A physical credit card, matching the name of the reservation, must be presented at the time of check-in, unless a credit card authorization form has been completed and approved by hotel. To request an authorization form, please contact hotel directly.
Cash is accepted for room charges upon check-out. Any credit card authorization holds will be released upon cash payment. Please note that it may take 3 - 7 business days for changes to be reflected in your bank account.
In order for a guest to check in, their name must be added on the reservation.
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel or in guest rooms. If smoke of any kind is detected, a minimum fee of $250 will be added to your bill.
Cancellation and changes are dependent on the rate and time period booked. Cancellation/change information will be available at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.
