Good hotel near the Music City Convention Center
Good experience. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean (including the bathtub and pool), and the kids went swimming two times every day and loved it.
Great Downtown Nashville Hotel
Great downtown hotel. Easy 10-minute or less walk to most attractions. Staff were professional, friendly and attentive. All public and private hotel areas were clean and well maintained. The only issue is a $50 charge if you arrive and want to check in prior to 4:00 pm.

Attentive and pleasant
Everything was perfect. Beds so comfortable. Breakfast, just right. Thank you for the perfect stay. We will be back to enjoy more of wonderful Nashville.

nice place to stay in Nashville away from the noise.
Hotel was in a very convenient location and spaces were VERY clean. Location was close enough to the bars and music, but far enough away to be quiet.

Breakfast experience đź‘Ž
Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are good. Breakfast was not good due to there being no proper plates available and paper plates put as a substitute. Cutlery was empty and disposable cutlery offered. The fruit was frozen in the serving plate so you couldn’t eat it.

Great location
Great location. Ask for rooms in the higher levels so you get mountain views. We did not, I guess because we were using our points.

Horrible experience
There is no parking for oversize vehicles on their premises. no one at the front desk to tell you what to do with your vehicle except park in public parking across the street and you’re on your The bathroom was filthy. There were no dishes for your breakfast two days in a row of my stay. Coffee was not refilled, nor was the creamer without going to the desk and requesting. There was no administration oversight to make sure that harmonious flow..

Nashville trip
Great location! We would stay again. Early check in option was a bonus. Only downside was free breakfast that was not very good. Lots of options but not good quality.

Nashville Visit
Location was excellent, just a block from downtown. Was a little noisy on the weekend from the trolley drink carts that lap the side of the building but was fine when weekend over. Staff were helpful, room was clean and the onsite bar also had singers on the weekend which we found great.

Very good stay
Had a great stay. Very good location, close to everything and walkable. Very clean and rooms were very good. Parking is available at a cost of $55 per day self-parking and valet parking is higher.

It was a great location - close to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway. Lots of places nearby to eat. The hotel has a terrific staff, clean room, breakfast included - definitely recommend!

Parking Too Expensive - Everything Else Great
Great hotel with superb breakfast. Hyatt Place knows how to do it. Ridiculous parking fee of $60-ish for one night. Otherwise, would've given 4 stars.

Best Place in Downtown Nashville
Place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. It is within walking distance to the everything including Nissan Stadium. Bathroom is also very clean.

Better than i expected!!
The breakfast was amazing and included with the stay! Some of the best coffee i have ever had! Clean rooms and friendly staff! Close to major attractions and broadway! Would highly recommend

Smoking Sensors
My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown over the weekend in Room 705. After our stay, we were assessed a smoking charge of approximately $409. I am writing to formally dispute that charge. Neither my wife nor I smoke, and no smoking occurred in our room during our stay. Further, we were not even in the room during the time the alleged incident reportedly occurred. I have documentation that can establish our whereabouts during the relevant period, and I would expect that the hotel’s electronic key-access records and, where applicable, surveillance footage can also confirm when we entered and exited the property and our room. I spoke with Serena, the front desk manager, regarding the charge. Unfortunately, I found the interaction to be unnecessarily rude and dismissive. More concerning, I was left with the impression that she was suggesting I was being dishonest rather than making a legitimate effort to investigate a disputed charge. Given the amount of the charge and the circumstances, I am requesting that the hotel conduct a formal review before determining that we are responsible. Specifically, I ask that you review the documentation supporting the smoking assessment, the timing of the alleged incident, and any available key-access or other relevant records associated with Room 705. I have also contacted legal counsel regarding this matter, and a letter is being prepared. Please provide the appropriate physical or mailing address, as well as the name or department, to which formal correspondence concerning this dispute should be directed. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and promptly with the hotel. I respectfully request that the smoking charge be removed unless the hotel can provide clear documentation establishing that smoking occurred in our room and that we were responsible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
Saved by this hotel
We were staying somewhere that was a shambles. This hotel that we luckily moved into was outstanding. Great service and incredibly clean and comfortable.

Great location
This hotel was in a great location; it was a two-block walk to Broadway and a block to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The complimentary breakfasts were better than most hotels. The next time I come to Nashville, I will be sure to stay here.
