The positive reviews that this place has gotten before were maintained during my visit. The front desk was friendly, courteous and helpful. While the food and drink options were pretty standard, the organization and cleanliness of that morning was really great. Would definitely stay again. The AC is quite loud for me at night, but was happy to receive ear plugs.

Great customer service. Clean facility. Wonderful Breakfast Buffet. Garage Parking expensive - entry way quite steep and tight turns- not the best. Great location! Polite staff. Will stay again and highly recommend.

My car was broken into in the Hyatt Parking Garage and no one has contacted me after the police report was filed. You need security in your parking garage!

Worst pillows ever, small king bed, breakfast low on everything, couldn't call desk because phone didn't work. Parking is very inconvenient - turns too tight and everything too small. Staff very friendly and helpful, the food from the buffet was well prepared, nice pool area, convenient location.

The airconditioning was not workign very well. It was cooler in the halways than the room. Also then ran out of breakfast food by 8:30am.

I slept like a baby. Very comfortable beds. They had an exceptional breakfast! I was very impressed with the hotel overall.

The Hyatt Place Bloomington Indiana simply ROCKS...I Love this Place!! Now my FAVORITE Hotel in the City of Bloomington, Indiana! Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, great downtown location, and the BEST continental breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel.

Very clean, great location in downtown Bloomington. Should advertise the gallery exhibition of Monet's stepdaughter's art in the museum. We missed it because we only had a description from an article in England. Concert by Bloomington Symphony Orchestra was great. Wow, 15 year violinist outstanding!

Excellent service, nicely kept rooms, quiet and great location!! We were very pleased with the staff and the quality of the hotel, as well as its proximity to Bloomington’s amazing downtown. This was our third time staying at this hotel. Once again, a smooth and easy trip, and we will definitely be coming back.

Garage is very narrow in and out of. Breakfast was very good but had to request hot water. Good variety. Location great, walkable for food and town. Night staff very nice. Received a snack bag with bottled water for being a member. Would stay again if in area.
