The first day after I arrived, it was Sunday, sink was drained & water cannot go down. Have to call the technician to fix it. It took 1 hour, and bc of the fixing time, my room was unable to be cleaned timely bc I have to use it for meeting. Sunday afternoon there was a very loud sound of construction. I called 2 times to reception to ask when will the custruction be over, but both call only told me "i'll call you back to inform you" none of them happened, nobody called me to tell me what was going on. I was happen to know that there was construction happened over dinner what I met my friends who shared the same floor (10th floor). They received letter informing them about the construction, but I didnt get any info. I cannot sleep, my meeting was disturbed. A waitress in the dinning was casually asked abt how the stay so far, so I told her about my experience. Thankfully during my stay I spent most of the time outside of hotel for work so I dont experience more unpleasant feeling inside the hotel. when finally time to check out, the reception did not ask how my stay was. so I asked her "are you not going to ask how my experience was during the stay? or is there any other platform for me to give my feedback" the lady said "we are aware that you had unpleasant experience, is there any other way for us to improve?" look.. so you all knew that i had bad experience and did nothing to check the feedback, not even bother to ask directly or even compensate me with anything. you all are running business, you have to think about people staying in your room when you plan to have construction on sunday, where people suppose to rest well. but instead, the construction happened until 10PM or so (i wish i lied, but me and my friend were staying out and came back to the room at 10) and it left with strong smell of painting or whatever chemical product they were using. 5 starts is very generous of me, I did not expect anything too fancy, but for Hyatt level of hotel, I do expect more. and this is my first time visiting Vadodara. while I did enjoy my stay in this city with how nice the people are, this hotel unfortunately gave the unpleasant experience.

My stay at Hyatt Place Vadodara was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every experience reflected genuine warmth, care, and outstanding hospitality. The personalized welcome message, thoughtful snack in my room were such lovely surprises. These small gestures made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. What impressed me most was the consistency of service across the entire hotel. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, The Market, or fitness centre, every team member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would normally love to recognize individuals by name, but there were so many wonderful people who contributed to my experience that I wouldn’t want to unintentionally leave anyone out. Superb Mr. Arvind & His Team
I would like to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for Mr. Arvind and the entire team for the exceptional hospitality and warmth extended to me during my stay. I am a frequent traveller and fly almost every week, staying across various five-star and luxury properties for more than a decade. With this experience, I can confidently say that genuine hospitality is not simply about the property or facilities—it is about how you make a guest feel. Mr. Arvind truly stands out in this regard. His approach to hospitality, the way he interacts with guests, and the genuine warmth with which he makes people feel welcomed are exceptional. In my view, he has a strong understanding of what a true customer value proposition means. I have stayed at and experienced hospitality across several leading properties, including Marriott, Taj, Grand Hyatt and other luxury hotels in major cities. While these properties certainly have excellent standards, what I particularly appreciated here was the genuine effort to treat every guest with equal respect, warmth and importance. That, in my opinion, is one of the most important aspects of great hospitality. I would genuinely recommend that Mr. Arvind be given opportunities to share his approach and learnings with teams across larger properties as well. His understanding of guest experience and customer engagement is something that many hospitality professionals can learn from. A special appreciation also goes to the entire team. Everyone was extremely courteous, helpful and approachable throughout my experience. The consistency in their attitude and willingness to help made a real difference. Please convey my sincere appreciation to Mr. Arvind and the entire team. Comfortable stay at Hyatt
Great ambience, comfort, clean and spacious rooms. The food has been excellent. The staff is courteous and polite. The hotel location is at a posh place at Vadodara with shopping centre and restaurants nearby.

Bathroom
The hot water system in the bathroom in the evening wasn't very impressive. I waited a long time, and the water still wasn't warm.

Nice Hotel
We had a good experience in the hotel. The room size is decent, the Hotel is clean and well managed. We were called a day in advance and were asked about our arrival time, we stated that we will arrive early and on arrival, our room was ready. The person who showed us our room was this very sweet innocent looking person. The breakfast menu in the multicuisine restaurant wasn't very vast, taste was decent... I would like to specially mention- Sudeep, Hemchand , Yamini, Ashish from the restaurant

Beautiful Suite Ruined by Bad Service & Food
Stayed at Hyatt Place Baroda in a suite recently. The suite itself was excellent—spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. However, everything else was quite disappointing. The in-room service and housekeeping were both very poor and far below expectations. Typically, staying in a suite comes with some level of differentiated service or added attention, but that was completely missing here. The food was another letdown. I ordered grilled chicken breast on two occasions, and both times it was subpar. Overall, apart from the quality of the suite room, the experience did not meet the standards one would expect.

Excellent choice
Excellent hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and very tidy. A large selection of dishes, for breakfast and dinner, local and European. Well-equipped gym, including a punching bag. Nice pool with a view of the city.

very good excelenet service. room rent is also affordable. food service may be improved. during of send off time a packet of fruit was told to give at the time of departure but some hown it was missed by the staff.
