Pet Policy
Bring up to two housebroken dogs or cats along when you stay at the Hyatt Place Austin / Lake Travis / Four Points. Explore the city with pets weighing up to 50 pounds individually (or 75 pounds combined) and let them stretch their legs in our Pet Walk area at the hotel, stocked with doggie bags and receptacles. We charge a $75 nonrefundable cleaning fee for stays of up to six nights, and an additional $100 cleaning fee (total $175) for visits lasting seven nights or more. If you plan to stay for more than 30 nights, contact us at +1 512 369 3120.
Guests will be required to sign the Pet Policy Agreement upon checking in.
Firearm Policy
Pursuant to section 30.06, penal code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under subchapter H, chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may note enter this property with a concealed handgun. Pursuant to section 30.07, penal code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under subchapter H, chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

Smoking Policy
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $200 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
