please always have decaf coffee it is important as well; customer should not have to ask to get some made and wait awhile.

Good location and friendly staff. Great price. Room was nice. Ice machine, laundry, work out room and pool were all clean and serviceable.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The only issue was that one of the two elevators was not working. Other than that, we really liked the hotel and plan to stay there on future visits.

This was a very pleasant stay for us. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff could be a bit friendlier. The hotel is located directly across from a live music venue which was the reason for our stay. We've visited Cedar Park previously for concerts but had never stayed at Hyatt. The hotel's proximity to the venue was a plus for us. If you are there to attend an event, I would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the hotel to ensure a quiet stay. We look forward to a future stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for nearly a week and left disappointed, not because problems occurred, but because many of them were never fully addressed despite multiple requests. Upon arrival, our refrigerator had leaked onto the floor. While the refrigerator was eventually addressed, the floor around the area was never cleaned despite our requests. The refillable shower toiletry containers had visible gunk and debris underneath the lids, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The room’s trash can was filthy, and despite requests at both the front desk and via email to remove it from our room, housekeeping repeatedly returned it to the room after we placed it outside. We tipped housekeeping and asked for very little: replenish towels and paper products, clean the floors, and leave everything else alone. The tip was taken, but the floors were never cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was disappointing. Even my 10-year-old refused to eat it most mornings. While breakfast quality can be subjective, it fell well below what we’ve come to expect from comparable hotels. There were a few positives. The beds were genuinely comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch was not comfortable at all. Additionally, many of the room accessories, including the trash cans, looked unusually inexpensive and out of place for the property. The most frustrating part was the lack of follow-through. We communicated concerns respectfully, tipped staff, and kept our requests simple. Unfortunately, the response rarely matched the effort we made to work with the hotel. With better attention to cleanliness and guest concerns, this property could provide a much better experience.

Great experience at the Hyatt. Clean, fresh rooms. Great location and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast and coffee was very good. Staff very friendly.

We had a great weekend, and our stay was perfect. We requested a room on the first floor, and even though the hotel was booked, the staff still accommodated us. We had the perfect room, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, a wonderful breakfast, and so much more. I can't say enough about this hotel.

Room looked clean. Got back into room at 11:30 pm from concert and pulled back the covers to go to bed. There was black hair and makeup all over sheets. So they clearly made the bed without washing sheets. We had to go down to the office and get new sheets. So at 11:45 we were having to change the bedding. They didn’t have extra blankets so we had to sleep without one.

This place knows customer service! Room was clean, food was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend staying at this location. The hospitality received is well worth the stay, and they are extremely accommodating to us.

I’m extremely disappointed in my recent stay. Cleanliness and customer service were both well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hyatt. I originally booked a suite specifically for the additional workspace. Upon arrival, the first room had visible pink mold in the bathroom, cracked grout in the shower, and a strong musty odor throughout the space. It was clearly not properly maintained. I was offered the option to move rooms, but only to a smaller standard room. When I asked whether a conference room could be provided the following day to compensate for the lost workspace (since I had booked the suite for that purpose), I was told it would only be available at a cost — $350, though they offered 50% off. This did not feel like a solution-oriented response. I also asked whether I could be moved to the suite at the Hyatt Place location approximately 10 minutes away and was told I would need to pay their current rate — about $100 more than what I had originally booked. Again, no effort was made to make this right. The second room I was moved to was also not clean. There was visible dust, cracked tile in the shower, fingerprints on the light switches, and residue around the base of the toilet. Ultimately, I left early and moved to a competitor hotel, where I immediately found a clean room and excellent customer service. While my rate was adjusted to match the smaller room, it was still more than I would have paid had I originally booked that room with my corporate discount. Your inability to maintain the property should not result in additional cost or inconvenience to your guests. This experience fell far short of the Hyatt brand standards I’ve previously experienced.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great housekeeping, and good heating/AC system in place in the room. Having access to a mini-fridge was extremely convenient.

We love staying here & it’s location CANT BE BEAT.😎 We always stay here when we travel to the Austin area. Bad: They need to replace BOTH treadmills in their gym. Stop getting them “worked” on. Just REPLACE them. Please!!!

The hotel is in a great location. A music venue is just across the parking lot. You’re close to all kinds of shops and restaurants from sitdown meals to fast food. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and were very friendly.

Fabulous stay. Conveniently located. Nice rooms. Friendly service. Exceptional Housekeeping staff. Ba makes delicious egg fritatas for the breakfast buffet.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. It was fantastic to see my room was ready before I arrived. There was no queue when I got there and everyone was super helpful when it came to the area and where to eat.

Great experience, clean room, wonderful staff, great variety of hot and cold breakfast and checkout isn't until 12pm! We'll be back!

We always stay here when we attend a concert at the Haute Spot. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast area and food offered was great.

Nightly concerts directly across the street from this hotel. If you enjoy random EDM, Rap, Rock, Country, Acid, or other music loud enough to make your windows vibrate and a base sound that resonates your room up until 11pm nightly, this is your place.

Sophia and all the personal were so helpful and nice. Sophia went out of her way to call me to advise we left something in the room. She didn’t have to that but she did. Oh and the hotel is super clean with comfortable beds.
