Pet Policy
Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Atlanta / Centennial Park.
To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the room is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens and fumigate the room. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in.
Guidelines for Dog Owners
All pets must be housebroken. Pets must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are strictly prohibited from the breakfast lobby area and buffet due to health and safety regulations. Service animals are permitted in the seating area only. If you have a service animal in the breakfast area, we ask that they stay seated with you and away from the buffet area for the consideration of the rest of our guests.
Weight Limits
We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less, or a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds or less per room during your stay.
Fees
For all pet stays, a $75 non-refundable deposit fee will be charged at check-in, and a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Fees do not include taxes.
Incidental Charge Policy
A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax, and an additional $75 per stay for incidentals.
DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card at check-in and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.
Cash Free
Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.
Must have a valid credit card and ID at the time of check-in. No prepaid cards are accepted.
Reservation Credit Card Authorization
