Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or in rooms. The hotel will apply a $250 plus tax cleaning fee to any room that violates this non-smoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Housekeeping Policy

The safety, wellness and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. In an effort to respect the privacy and comfort of our guests, we have adjusted standard daily housekeeping services to provide service every third day during your stay.

Daily housekeeping service can be requested at the hotel during check-in or by calling the host stand 24 hours in advance for service the next day.

In an effort to ensure your safety and wellbeing, periodic safety and wellbeing checks will still occur at Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-South.

Pet Policy

We gladly welcome your most cherished travel companions. Please inform us that you will be bringing your pet with you prior to your arrival.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Fees

For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests stay 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.
