Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross/Peachtree is dog friendly! All dogs must be house trained.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

Weight Limits

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds or less are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom if their combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds. The fee covers this, and any exceptions are at the hotel's discretion.

Smoke-Free Hotel

Hyatt Place is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas and rooms. A $250+ tax cleaning fee applies to violations. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available—ask the host stand for details. Please report any indoor smoking immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.

Housekeeping

At Hyatt Place, guest and colleague well-being is our top priority. To respect your privacy and comfort, housekeeping service is provided every second day. Daily service is available upon request at check-in or by calling the host stand 24 hours in advance. Periodic safety checks will still occur.
