Went to the track and the Treehouse brewery. It’s 10-15 mins from both. So it’s an easy uber. Room was clean and staff friendly. Would stay again

Average hotel that needs updating. Staff super nice, bed was ok. Lobby nice and location was very convenient. Rug is tattered in the hallways and technology needs updating( no usb ports) but overall ok.

We Decided to spend and extra day in Saratoga and this hotel was at a good price. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice room and the rest of the hotel.

This property is conveniently located, but the condition of the building is dated and in need of renovation. Many areas of the carpeting in hallways and in our room were stained, and we found some well-worn and torn carpeting near the elevator lobby on the third floor.

The hotel was only 10 mubutes away from the racetrack and only 10 minutes to get to doentown .I think this will be an annual trip and staying there yearvafyer year.

Nice hotel within decent driving distance to Saratoga Springs and local historical sites. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the lovely and very hard working breakfast attendants! Free breakfast was very good, lots of options and clean area, frequently refilled. Room was overall clean and maintained, no complaints, except tissues in the room would've been appreciated.

Shower press not great and the breakfast was limited and soggy. Service was good. Room was clean. Overall a good experience

We got to the hotel about 230p with hopes of an early check-in. The rooms weren't ready and was told they were finishing up. No big deal. When we got back to the hotel at 410p, the rooms still weren't ready and was waiting on the linens. I mentioned we were there earlier and was told they were just finishing the rooms. The front desk agent said, "well, our normal check-in is at 4p", Ok, then why weren't our rooms available now! Our first room got done at 420p, but our second (connecting) room didn't get done until 510p. Almost an hour later. The beds were hard and there was a cracked drinking glass in one of the rooms. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing spectacular. The pool was cold even though it was heated. We will not go back.

Hotel was very clean & staff were very accommodating I would definitely recommend and return to this Hyatt. The hotel breakfast was a great variety of food and plenty of it.

Excellent hotel!!Very clean!! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, quiet and safe location, well maintained! Pool and hot tub were great!! Breakfast had a nice selection and lots of areas to sit down and enjoy! Absolutely wonderful stay!!!
