When I booked the hotel. I didn’t realize that it was during the balloon festival so I thought it would be a mob scene and somewhat uncomfortable at the hotel. It turned out that the hotel exceeded my expectations with the kindness of their staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything couldn’t be better organized there. Customer service is excellent.

I wouldn't stay on the first floor ever again Especially room 125. Its so loud and uncomfortable kept waiting up all night and ealry morning.

My go-to hotel while in town. The hotel is right in a good spot with everything need from shopping to restaurants, are all near by. Don't have to drive far. Hotel is clean, good rate, with great breakfast, from my point. It's my hotel stay when in town.

Breakfast not that good, dinning area to small. The food was not that good . No bacon and very little bread. Coffee was weak and the dinning room was to small for the breakfast crowd.

I was in town to care for a family member under hospice care. I stayed at the comfort suites for 2 weeks but decided to upgrade for my final few nights to the Hyatt in town. I was disappointed to find that the comfort suites was a nicer and better maintained. My experience at the Hyatt was that the AC couldn’t cool below 69 degrees, there were stains on the sheets, the pillows were flat, the shower curtain was torn, the bathroom was dark and dingy and no water pressure in the shower.

Within walking distance of restaurants and shops but it has a great breakfast, and you can catch a good sunrise and sunset.

An amazing hotel for the price! The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and well laid out. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The security of needing to use your key card to use the elevator was appreciated.

I’ve got to say .. I stay in a lot of hotels and usually you just walk into your room and meh .. it’s a hotel room . My room here gave me pause for a minute because it was actually a really nice room. It’s also in a great location .. Lush, Trader Joe’s a 5 minute walk away

Very nice hotel. Great rooms. Great staff very clean. Needs security cameras in parking lot for customer saftey. Albuquerque is well known for thefts from hotel parking lots
