Great Experience Vacationing
The service excellence provided by the staff. The morning breakfast and dining was great. The rooms were clean. Excellent housekeeping staff, they would offer fresh water daily and asked if there was anything else needed like fresh towels, any toiletries, and other needs. I had a positive stay. Great service, cleanliness, views, and food.
Top hotel for me when I'm in Monterrey. Very helpful staff that seem to love their jobs. Room was very clean. The breakfast is traditional Mexican food and absolutely delicious. The views of San Pedro from the lobby are beautiful. The best Hyatt I have ever stayed in and may be my very favorite hotel in the city.
Great spot for people visiting the city
Fourth year in a row I have gone for the holiday season. Staff is always attentive & helpful. Never had a need that went unaddressed. Highly recommend.

Overall, a very good experience, with surprisingly good food.
It was a perfect location, the breakfast was wonderful, the dinners and bar service were very good, the pool was very nice, and the room was very nice.

My go to hotel from now on ;)
I’m from Monterrey but I live somewhere else now, so I go kind of often however this was the first time going to this hotel since I was favoring “higher end hotels”, what a mistake I was making, this is going to be my go to hotel from now on. EXCELLENT breakfast, staff service, hotel condition and location.

Wonderful place
Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and so many options. Very helpful when we had questions or needed a ride set up for the airport on our departure. furniture in the room was accommodating for visitors while they waited.

Amazing stay and out-of-this-world breakfast!
The most amazing stay! The staff was so attentive and kind, fast service when we needed food, blankets, extra waters and help with laundry! Super clean new facility and breakfast is the nicest we have ever had at a hotel, and we have stayed at top hotels all across the western United States and Central America. Totally recommend!

Great stay in SPGG
Excellent stay, comfortable clean and modern rooms, good location close to shops and dining. Spacious and great separate living and kitchen areas, good views although my room didn’t have a Mountain View as described. Great breakfast selection and everyone was friendly and helpful.

functional and beautiful room, great location for my purposes; liked everything, including the parking lot. some days there is nice show in the bar area, a very good lady singer.

Great new hotel, could use some improvements
I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Monterrey Valle / San Pedro Garza, Garcia, and, although my experience was overall positive, there were some negative items along the way. For being a new hotel, the refrigerator in my particular unit, was not working. I reported it several times to the front desk and was never told that it was broken, I was not offered the opportunity to be moved to a new room, or extended a credit for my inconvenience during my stay. As an extended stay type of hotel with such type of accommodations, it is important to have a functioning fridge, and sadly some of the food that I purchased went to waste. Aside from this, and a room service order that never got delivered, after an hour plus of waiting, I would say that the stay was overall nice. The hotel is situated in a great area, the building is brand new, and the rooms are superb. Hopefully my review will get management’s attention, and they will correct these discrepancies for future guests.

Beautiful well maintained hotel in a great location in Monterrey
Comfortable beds, great breakfast included with the price, Friendly helpful staff. Cleaning staff constantly busy keeping the hotel spotless, well appointed breakfast, dining and bar area with relaxed seating to meet with friends. A well equipped terrace to enjoy the morning sun was also a bonus. This hotel is situated in a good location with a park and the Plaza Fiesta San Augustine within walking distance. Convenient underground parking

Loud thumping by music all night
They assigned us a room on the seventh floor and apparently there was a party on the sixth floor that went to 2 AM. We could hear the loud, thumping music through our pillows all night. I asked the hotel stuff at 11 AM and they said they would take care of the problem but they never did anything. They could’ve easily put us in a higher room, because they knew there was going to be a party. When I asked them again in the morning, why they didn’t do anything or put us in higher room when we checked in they simply said they were fully booked

Hyatt House Monterrey Valle / San Pedro
The location of this hotel is excellent. Safe and easy to get Uber. This property does not meet in my opinion the Hyatt standard. The rooms are basic cheap decorations like Ikea. The bed was firm and the room already showed heavy signs of being worn. No help from the front desk when i expressed my dissatisfaction with the room. Was told no other rooms were available, which was a lie.

I was expecting a room with kitchenette and small living room as shown on the pictures but when I entered the room, there was no kitchenette and no living room. When I called the front desk, they said the pictures are just for show. Also it might sound crazy but I saw a ghost lady at around 2am. She floated across the TV in room 907.

Excellent, professional service
My husband and I brought our son to Monterrey for Medical Treatment. Hyatt House came highly recommended! This was our home away from home for over a month. They are the best of the best! The hotel has a pool, an exercise room, free breakfast buffet. Excellent customer service

Exceptional staff. And exceptional Hotel. Horacio and jorge great for morning breakfast and Matias in the evening. Very welcoming hotel. Brand new hotel. All you could ask for in the area. Always a great experience!

Your money is better spent at a local brand.
This hotel is the equivalent of a local hotel half it's price. The shuttle people are mentioning DOESN'T take to to Monterrey City center even though it's like 10 minutes away. It will take you within 3km of the hotel only. The staff is hit or miss. We had to run the faucet to get the shower to run.

Better than expected.
The location is perfect, studio rooms at Hyatt House are big and well equiped. Near good restaurants and shopping center. Breakfast is included, many local and International options. Staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned well and quickly.
