Great hotel for a great value.
Chose this hotel for it's location close to the port of Tampa for an overnight stay before my cruise. Was very impressed with the amentities, their breakfast was delicious both hot and continental.

Excellent spot
Very clean and perfect location downtown Tampa. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. The room was clean and plenty of room.

Lots of places to stay
Front desk staff not good. Parking attendant arrogant. Wait time to get car excessive, if you are going to charge $$$ for a service you need to have sufficient staff. TV remote in room did not work. In room phone did not work so had trouble contacting front desk.

Excellent location. Very satisfied
Close to all. Room and hotel clean. Bathroom updated. Love the breakfast. Working ac. Water station in lobby. Quite. Didn’t use pool or exercise room but looks nice. Inexpensive Municipal parking down the block. Highly Recommend.

Great Experience
Had Business downtown Tampa! Nice hotel with large nicely appointed clean rooms with kitchen and restaurant/bar onsite ! The Starbucks right next door was a great bonus!

Worth every penny
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean , modern amenities. Of course the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and everything well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

5 Star Experience
I stayed here on business during a conference, and honestly, it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. I arrived very early, and my room was already ready for me, which was such a relief. It was also my first time traveling alone for work, so I had plenty of questions, but the staff were incredibly helpful and made everything feel easy. When I asked for a recommendation for a good Cuban sandwich, they pointed me to the perfect place! The hotel restaurant was another highlight. My waiter was quick, accommodating, and had no problem with my substitutions. My food came out quickly, and being able to charge it directly to my room was such a nice touch. It somehow made eating dinner in my shorts feel like a fancy dining experience! I could relax in my room afterward and even bring my leftovers upstairs. Perfect. And the room itself? I was genuinely amazed. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with everything I could possibly need. I was on the 12th floor, and the view was so nice that I left the curtains open all night. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. I went in expecting the usual boring hotel breakfast and was completely wrong. There were so many options, and everything I tried was delicious. The hash browns and bacon were great, and the next morning there were even more options, including potatoes and waffles. Even the little details impressed me—when I went to throw away my plate, a staff member noticed and took it for me. Just wow. On my final day, I needed to leave my luggage at the hotel because my flight wasn’t until after the conference. The staff happily checked my bags, and when I returned before heading to the airport, they had everything ready for me quickly and efficiently. From the room to the food to the incredible staff, this truly felt like a five-star experience. I would absolutely stay here again and again if I had the opportunity. I only wish I had gotten the names of all the staff members who helped me so I could thank them personally, but I hope this review lets them know how much their kindness and attention to detail were appreciated.

Watch Out for Parking Fees
The room was huge and even had it's own glassware which was a new one for me. I enjoyed my experience immensely the only thing I had an issue with was they charge $45 per day for parking and do not tell you in advance so that you can budget for it. I didn't like that at all. But otherwise I had a very good experience

It was a great experience
Everything went well and the staff was more than accommodating. We arrived early and were provided with early check in. Chandra, Daniel, and Sasha did an awesome job.

Honest Review
My only two complaints is that this hotel is Valet only at $45 a night (not including tips which they do request at some point.) If you choose to self park it at random garage they direct you to an off sight garage at $25 a night that they do not own or have anything to do with. It should be stated that they only have valet and no other options when you are booking, instead of finding out once you arrive. They advertise this hotel as long stay but the fridge is really poor quality and does not maintain anything refrigerated. The staff was nice but the hotel has a lot of inconveniences for a long stay or business trips.

A fun stay
It had a lot of space and lots of basic house stuff, complimentary breakfast is a big plus, responsive and helpful staff made the stay better

Exceptional Staff and Hotel
The Hyatt House downtown Tampa is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The valet service is excellent. The location is convenient for most anywhere you need to go, be it downtown or even a short drive away. I highly recommend The Hyatt House downtown Tampa.

Great Weekend Stay
loved the location, good view of river walk and boats. Easy walk to Sparkman Warf, Aquarium, Riverwalk, Restaurants. Good morning walks along the river.

Great hotel within walking distance to the stadium.
Great stay at the Hyatt house. Went to a concert in the nearby stadium which was walking distance to the hotel. The area was very safe and lots of people walking around. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.

Enjoyable
Nice large rooms and comfortable beds! No mini fridge in the room or water dispensers on the room floors. Lobby area smelled like sewage a couple of the days.

Business trip
Convenient location to the waterfront. Just walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire valet team was amazing. Rene was outstanding.

Great location and great value!
Great location, large room, and tremendous value. We have a nice getaway in Tampa staying here close to the waterfront . Highly recommend.
