Generally, a stay at an airport hotel is limited to a single night and offers little reason to return—unless, perhaps, for subsequent flights. We stayed at this hotel two years ago, and this time we chose to return, recalling the spacious suite with its well-equipped kitchen, the excellent international breakfast, the dishes served at The Kitchen restaurant, and the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. We now consider it our home in Shenzhen.

The hotel is super clean, location is the best easy to find out, The hotel room is so big, very nice environments and staff is helpful, i left my luggage before the check in times, i am not expecting to get the room but staff just informed me that the room wasn’t ready, that so good because i just want to go to the town, they also helped me get the map to the city… the whole receptionist was helpful smile and kind. Thank you… keeps it up.

Excellent location. Within 5 mins walking distance to arrival hall and departure gate. Friendly and efficient service by the staff. Great breakfast options and delicious meals served. Very clean environment and room is serviced well on a daily basis. We are delighted by the convenience, good food quality and will be returning again.

5-10 mins indoor walk to the airport check-in counters, very good and wise hotel choice if you are catching an early flight. Room is clean & spacious, with the basic necessities. Breakfast exceeded our expectation, they do provide take out service if you are catching an early flight, but I would personally recommend you to space some time to dine-in for breakfast.

Shenzhen Hyatt House is exactly as you’d expect from Hyatt, quality hotel on airport property. Walking distance to Terminal 3

It was a completely unexpected and touching surprise for our family. Traveling with a young child, especially during a special occasion like her birthday, can sometimes feel challenging. The kind gesture made her day truly joyful and brought a big smile to her face. As parents, we were deeply touched by the care and thoughtfulness shown by the hotel team. This meaningful gesture reflected the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the staff. It turned a simple birthday into a cherished family memory that we will always remember. I was VERY happy with my recent stay at the Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport. The hotel is conveniently located inside the airport, so easy to reach from the main terminal. I found the hotel to be far better quality than expected, especially for a cost-effective business hotel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed (coffee service, refrigerator, iron/ironing board), and spotlessly clean. The staff were courteous and professional. And the hotel amenities were top-notch: well equipped gym, delicious breakfast, workable WiFi, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport to business travelers like myself.

You won’t regret staying at Hyatt. The noise insulation is excellent—you won’t hear any outside noise. Which you will have a good rest after a long day. Good amenities, hot water, air-condition is good. Can improve on TV program channels and music.

Being attached to the airport adds great convenience. The rooms are in excellent condition—spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. There's a wide variety of food options, access to international TV channels, and the kitchen area is exceptionally well-equipped.

Excellent location within walking distance in terminal three. Can take luggage trolley all the way thru check in room. Great friendly staff with a smile. CNN available. Good hot shower & rain shower. Will stay again since its also very convenient for early morning flight.

Spacious and clean room, few minutes walk from Shenzhen International airport arrival/ departure hall - a convenient stay for guest who need to arrive or depart from the airport in the middle of night or early morning, polite staff, had a taste of the combination of oriental and western breakfast

It is a good airport hotel. Close to the terminals, kind (and English speaking) staff, great amenities and well equipped room. Absolutely perfect if you are looking for a night at the airport to catch your next flight in the morning. The only recommendation is that they could have a higher variety of western styled breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located with 10 minute indoor walk upon arrival in terminal three. Clean room with CNN, mini kitchen with all amenities and excellent hot shower and rain shower. Nice view of airport as well. Fast check in and check out and very courteous fron desk staff.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance from the arrival hall and to the departure hall of the Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. It is definitely a wise and good choice to stay in the hotel if you are taking a mid-night flight.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Just a stone's throw from Shenzhen Airport, it’s perfect for anyone with an early flight or a layover. The proximity to the airport doesn't compromise its tranquility; you can expect a peaceful night’s sleep without the noise of airport traffic.

Excellent for connections onward in airport. Only a five minute walk to check in on fourth floor of main terminal. Trolley with luggage can be brought directly to room making travel more easy.
