We enjoyed a spacious two-bedroom suite for three adults and three minor children. As a World of Hyatt and AAA member, I received very good value for the large, quiet suite and the hotel's ample amenities, including a well-equipped fitness room, outdoor pool heated to over 90 degrees, hottub, and included breakfast, which featured made-to-order omelettes. Our only issue was a lack of dish soap in the kitchenette, but we resolved that quickly with a visit to the front desk.

The road noise in the front of the hotel is between 40-50 dB. Not conducive to sleep. The staff was unable to relocate me to the back and I spent a miserable, sleepless night. I changed hotels the next morning because they did not have a room that I could move to right away and I didn't want to take the chance of ending up in the same room for another night. I went to the Courtyard by Marriott in Cottonwood - newer, fresher rooms, better breakfast and for the same price.

Staying here always feels like staying at a home away from home! The Staff always goes above and beyond to make the stay awesome!

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Huge shout out to Hector. He made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hyatt representative booked the wrong room type for me which ultimately led to a less than ideal stay. The front desk staff were unable to help with my desired room type which made things unpleasant. In addition the room had no drapes, just a set of blinds that didn’t close fully making it difficult to darken the room.

Hotel is very well maintained and still looks new. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Despite the hotel being close to the freeway you couldn't hear traffic noise once inside your room. The pool area is great and you can escape the sun by sitting in the covered area in the courtyard. I loved that the living room/kitchenette is separate from the bedroom/bathroom so you have privacy and not feel like you are "stuck" in a hotel room. The restaurant menu was limited but I enjoyed both the cheeseburger and chicken caesar salad. In all the hotel is a great fit for families and business travelers.

I went with my husband and kids. Breakfast was warm and wonderful, everything was clean, the pull-out beds were comfy (according to my kids), and I love that the TV swiveled 180 degrees so you could watch it from the couch or on the bed. A few warnings: I don't love the "window" on the sink side of the shower! It meant that my kids couldn't use the sink or get things out of the bathroom closet when anyone was showering and vice versa. Also, be aware that the bathroom doors do not lock. This caused a bit of trauma during our stay, lol. But other than than it was a wonderful stay!

Friendly staff and EVERYTHING we needed was available such as complimentary breakfast, BBQ area, pool, gym and laundry room❣️

The Front desk staff were extremely pleasant and professional. This hotel was extremely cleaned. Rooms were spacious with full size kitchen. Centrally located in Sandy with Shopping and eateries all around. We want stay anywhere else when visiting Salt Lake City.

The Hyatt House in Sandy is a great hotel. It's clean. The rooms are a great layout. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms are spacious. The pool is clean and there are plenty of nice deck chairs. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. It was also offered later than most hotels, so it was nice to sleep in and still get a hearty breakfast. Finally, it is in a fantastic location. It's close to numerous restaurants and shopping.

Great Place to stay. Punches above price paid. I read the reviews and based on others experience, we gave it a try. I will for sure stay here again when visiting family.

Great Location. Great Service. Amenities are standard. Some deep carpet cleaning needed but status is Ok. Yes, I would stay again.

Not a great hotel; it was dirty, outdated, the shuttle was slow and the tv and phone had issues. The pool and hot tub were crazy basic and didn’t offer much for enjoyment.

Very accessible location. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Its an amazing property if you are spending multiple nights in Salt Lake city as a family with kids.

Large room with good amenities but outdated. No USB ports. Good location and reasonable price. There are a few seats at a small bar, but no one was there, would not consider it a restaurant. The staff adequate. Room was large and comfortable and had a nice area to eat and work remotely. Unfortunately the neighbors had the hall and our room wreaking of Marijuana.

Fabulous room with a full kitchen and great space. Right across the freeway from the Miller Convention Center and minutes from the South Towne Mall.

My Stay at Hyatt House Sandy Utah was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful they recommended a great restaurant for a dinner meeting I had with a team member and two colleagues. The recommendation was awesome food was great and the staff at the restaurant was incredible. My room was very clean and quiet.
