Solid overnight experience, as you or I would expect from any Hyatt property. Came here with the family (wife and 2 college age children) to watch the Bruno Mars concert at Levis Stadium. Clean, comfortable room. They had 4 EV stations in front. Very convenient location as this Hyatt was located near a mini outdoor mall area, with a CVS drugstore, Starbucks, Chipotle, and numerous other fast food restaurants. They also had a few non-fast-food restaurants (Indian, and I don't remember the other). All <5 min walking distance. Breakfast was included, and I always appreciate the fresh cut fruit. Thank you! They also had covered parking with 24 hour security coverage.

The staff was attentive and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Awesome experience. Rooms are clean. The heated pool is great. Love the breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. Staff are great.

The front desk staff and overall service was lacking. I called from the airport to ask what the distance was from SFO to the hotel. I told them I had a reservation. Right away the person at the desk told me that I would need to be charged for an early check-in. We get to the room, an alarm is ringing. Who knows how long that was ringing and the buttons were broken so I unplugged it. The room smelled musty. I turned on the TV and the TV wouldn't work. I called downstairs. The gentleman basically blamed me for yanking the chord? I hadn't even opened my suitcases up? There was a dirty grey towel in the hallway by the ice machines (and the elevators) on the floor for at least 2 days. They didn't tell us they weren't going to clean the room daily. Usually, they ask. The best part about the hotel was the restaurant. The server there was great and the food was very reasonably priced and good. Otherwise I'll never stay here again. Had to beg for water bottles.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having a full kitchenette made things a lot easier. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in onward, and the breakfast was a nice way to start the mornings. The location worked well for everything we needed to get to. Would happily stay here again.

I arrived at property around 12, tried to check in. Was told room wasnt ready yet. I said no problem ill be back later. Asked roughly what time, was told probably 3 bc previous night they were sold out. Arrived back at property 245, was told room still wasnt ready yet and was told I can just wait should be soon. Around 330 the manager comes to find me and apologizes but the room wasnt ready. I said no problem ill catch a early dinner and come back. Omw back from dinner I get a call its 430 my room was ready. I get to the room by 5. The rooms window was open and ac was full blast. Everything was worn out, it was heavily used and noticeable with dents and nicks everywhere. The previous guest had pets or something bc housekeeping used the special spray to get rid of the smell. There were two stains in front of the bed and im assuming they couldnt clean it up. At this point I went downstairs to report the stains and smell and went for a walk. The smell was getting to me. I walked around the park for 90 mins hoping the spray smell was gone. Got back to the room and it was still there. Aired out the room for another hour and just gave up. The smell gave me a headache and i didn't get much sleep bc of it. Next morning I thought breakfast will fix the bad experience. Went down and grabbed the worst breakfast ive had at a hyatt. The saving grace was the omelet station. If you offer coffee but dont have alternative milks next to coffee but have them with the juices on the other side thats just half ass service. Then the quality of the sausage patty's were literally cardboard. My breakfast neighbors were complaining the same thing. The quality of the food was an issue. At this point I thought I was done with breakfast so I go back to the room and sleep for another few hours except housekeeping knocked on several doors including mine at 830am. At this point I just checked out. What really bugs me.. all I wanted was to relax and enjoy the stay and get a decent breakfast. It was a starycation for my bday. Out of 3 staff members i spoke with not one acknowledged and wished me a happy birthday. I did give id twice to the staff. Honestly that alone would have gone far with me and I wasnt expecting anything else. Disappointing stay, I will not be back and honestly put a bad taste in my mouth with hyatt overall. This is a biz hotel, they are always booked due to micron and Google and consultants. They dont want or need anyone else.

Cleanliness was poor. Carpet in room was not vacuumed. Bedsheets are old. Dirty. The AC wasn’t working properly. Elevators were always wet floor and dirty. Half the gym equipment weren’t operable.

Excellent Service and a Great Stay I had a very positive stay at Hyatt House San Jose/Silicon Valley. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and they went out of their way to have my room ready much sooner than expected. Even though there had been an issue with my reservation being canceled, the staff handled everything professionally and efficiently, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel's overall atmosphere was welcoming. One area where I think the hotel could improve is sustainability. I didn't notice a recycling bin in my room, and I would love to see more vegan food options and a water refill station with both still and sparkling water. I've seen this at other hotels, and it would be a convenient way to encourage guests to use reusable bottles while reducing plastic waste. Overall, the exceptional service made this a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. I left feeling well cared for and very satisfied with my stay.

The Hyatt House in San Jose was an excellent place to stay during the USA-Bosnia and Herzegovina game in the FIFA World Cup. The room was need and had what we needed. I was surprised by the amenities, including the larger-sized fridge/freezer, induction stove, dishware, and dishwasher. We had ample room to live in and enjoy the short time in the hotel. All the staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was ready for us when we were ready.

Convenient location for meetings with Google nearby, lots of restaurants, CVS, Target, and two Starbucks. Very close to the highway.

Location is good. Rooms are beaten up and old. Parking was paid. Breakfast was terrible and all junk. Will not recommend or stay there anymore.

Very helpful staff. Good, clean and well located hotel. Decent breakfast included to make a good start to your day. Easy to get to work or get in a quick run on the Guadalupe parkway. Decent gym is an additional benefit.

The location was excellent to get around the lower bay of SF. The hotel was located in a strip center with restaurants and shops.

Very friendly Manager, and flexible to accommodate request for extended hours, really appreciate her gesture. We thank her.

Great hotel. Great comfort and awesome breakfast. The bed assured a good night sleep. It felt very safe. Loved the nearby places to eat.

Excellent experience at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was acknowledged every time I entered and exited the hotel. The internet service was slow and unable to access all local television stations.

I was looking for an affordable but decent option to see 49ers game. The hotel was clean, good hot breakfast, and overall the modern rooms were spacious and fully equipped with microwave and stove and refrigerator w/coffee/tea maker. The walk to Levis is about 20 to 25 minutes but doable, I found it safe and liked the fact a nearby shopping center with CVS and eateries were nearby as well as restaurants as I did not have my car. Travelling via public transit could be tricky but not difficult rideshare from public transit to/from BART or VTA could make things much easier but overall a good option to the more high end hotels closer to Levis.

Went down to watch the Seahawks versus the 49ers. The game turned out how I'd hope and the room was immaculate. Go HAWKS 💙💚
