No advantages for globalists, not recommended.
We have two kids and they are under 10, we stayed this hotel last year and the experience was great. Staffs were very helpful and kids liked it very much. So we chose this hotel without thinking too much this year. We were also awarded a guest of honor from friend and applied to our stay. Thought this will enhance our experience. BUT, to our surprise. There was no much advantages for globalist. Also, they require a fee to use sofa bed, which we never heard of from other Hyatt hotels around the world.

Hyatt Hongquiao
Hotel amenities are good. Breakfast was also great. (They switch Manu every other day.) Also the shopping outlet was a walk away. However, if you want to dive into city center of Shanghai, this hotel is little bit far away.

A warm stay experience beyond my expectation
I list out several main reasons switching from my former service apartment to Hyatt New Hongqiao: 1. breakfast is included which saves me time and energy preparing it every day or sometimes it was just skipped, 2.really friendly services from all departments I met so far, and everything was dealt easy-going way, 3.a bit remote to the city center and public transportation like sub-way, but for a frequent traveller to other cities like myself, the nearby high-way entrance is so convenient.

Nice new property
Had two nights stay in early May. Customer services were great. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful in addressing my needs. It is close to the Shanghai Outletmall and not far from the HongQiao airport. I was looking for a property away from the city, so this property was perfect for me.

Very convenient to the Factory Outlet store
Walking distance to Factory outlet maybe 800m, good for daytime activities. Surrounding is empty at night. Make sure u have ur food delivery App ready if you need some midnight snack. Although it is facing the main road, it is not noisy at all.

Not for English speaking guest.
Food choices are not good. Have no ATM or money exchange. TV is only in Chinese. Nothing close for restaurants.No grocery or convenience store close. Staff was nice and hotel was clean. No club services for Hyatt member.

Room is so cute!
The hotel helped to upgrade my room to the special suite - yellow duck suite, which is so cute! I loved it. There is a outlets near the hotel, a great place to shop and also have a lot of foods to be chosed over there.

Excellent modern and clean hotel.
The hotel is very modern and clean, it is very new I suspect. I thought it was good value for money. The only downsides I would give would be the location is quite far out, not all members of front of house staff can speak English and one coffee machine for the busy mornings is a bit of a push!

Not worthy, over priced
The place is very remote, the service staff is perfunctory, the swimming pool is occupied by non-guests and teaching, the breakfast is unchanged and not provided on time, the Internet is very poor, not worth recommending

Overall good value for money, clean and comfortable
Although the location is far away, the service is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete, except that the Wi-Fi is very poor. There are lifeguards during the opening hours of the swimming pool (but they are often looking at their phones). There are users in the swimming pool who conduct teaching courses. I don’t know whether it is provided by the hotel or privately conducted, which affects the rights of other users to some extent. The rest are in line with the pricing standards.
