I wish I would have checked the reviews before committing to this hotel. The one time I didn't and of course one of the worst stays of my life. Usually HYATT is above par but this was disappointing. The room was shabby. there were was a layer of dust over the glassware, the refrigerator ran all night long and did not stop. It sounded like a helicopter was hovering over my room and the toilet would run and stop all night. It was so loud I got 4 hours of broken sleep, the TV doesn't stream anything, I got bit by what I can only assume was a spider and I had to get it topical antibiotic to treat it. The bed was like sleeping on cement, my whole body was sore the next day and I got a sore throat and a horrible headache from what I can only assume is the mold or the dust or both, because once I checked out it cleared up.

We stay for an extended period twice a year when visiting our kids and grandkids in the Bay Area. The management and staff treat us like family and make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. It is located right off the 101 a short drive north to SFO and an easy drive to San Francisco, San Jose, and everywhere in between. I highly recommend it.

Not a typical Hyatt experience. No service really. Breakfast was poor, although people like the waffle machine. Lot's of kids. This used to be a pretty good place.

The rooms have recently been renovated. By mid-September 2026, the lobby renovations should be finished, too. The furnishings are very nice, clean, and in great shape. We stayed in a room with a single king size bed that pretty much filled the bedroom. There wasn't a lot of room to walk around it, but the walk in closet was more than big enough to keep luggage out of the way. The spacious living room had a comfortable enough couch and a very large TV. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator. The dining table seats two people, is tall, and has stool height chairs, so the room is well appointed for solo adults, couples, or teens but might not work well for families with small kids. Other than table lamps, all of the light switches have occupancy sensors and will automatically shut off if they don't detect movement. Consider bringing your own nightlight. The rooms are in three buildings with three floors each, none of which have elevators. If you aren't comfortable navigating stairs with your luggage, you'll need a room on the first floor. The separate buildings with outside stairs make the property feel more like a motel than a hotel. There's a pool, which some people were using during our stay, and a basketball court.

The hotel is under construction and there are no services at this time. No gym, parking lot is full of dumpsters, and they have a take away breakfast with no options. Maybe the renovations will help eventually so I want to be fair but my toilet did not flush well, the shower was a cold shower only, and the fridge was so loud at random times it woke me up while sleeping. There was also a sign saying not to use the dishwasher. This is one of those Hyatt with the terrible Dish Network TV only so you cannot do screencast or anything and only get a few channels. They stuck me in a room on the first floor where construction dumpsters blocked off all the parking so if you are a Hyatt Explorist like me, you have no benefits at this hotel. Again I hope my bad experience was because of all the construction, it would have been nice to be warned ahead of time so I could choose another place.

Booked a room here specifically because it said they had a bar on site. I rarely get time off so I asked a friend to meet me for drinks and booked a room so we didn't have drive intoxicated. They were remodeling the hotel and I was advised the bar was closed. After I explained why I booked the room in the first place, she still charged me for my guest to park there. The service was friendly though.

My go to hotel in the bay. It was close and central to where my family reunion took place and close to the airport. Thank you to the management team and Keltoum your team rocks!!! Also I love the newer rooms and renovations. Can’t wait to see the finish products. I will be back 🥰🥰🥰🫶🏽

Dingy dark almost made me feel clastrophobic. One small window in one room facing the roof shingles otherone facing the pool. Kids sceaming in the pools late evening. Matresses were so uncomfortable. Construction started at 7. Just totally awful, Other room had no window. Wanted to leave so bad asked for another room but they didn't have any.

Clean updated room and hotel amenities. Convenient location near freeway. Healthy breakfast. Good value stay. People with mobility issues should request lower floor rooms because of the need to use stairs to go up to higher floors.

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always have had a nice experience. This time was different. Soon after we arrived and got in the room we noticed a stain on the sofa, a bug crawling on the wall, the bathroom was making a noise and not working properly, one of the rooms bathroom had no soap, and the chair was broken. So we went back to the lobby and asked if can switch rooms the receptionist said they were booked and sorry but no. I showed her the pictures of the problems so she said the housekeeper will clean the room the following day because it was already late. So the next day after a long day of our event we came back to find out the room hadn’t been cleaned, so then we didn’t have clean towels. I had to go back to the lobby, but this time the receptionist was helpful with what I needed! This stay was from May 1st to May 3rd Two room suite.

Booked a 2-bedroom King/Queen Suite, told none available (reservation data base issue?), promised to call me when the manager came in on Monday, nobody called. Had to settle on a one-bedroom King and slept on a too-soft sofa bed.

My wife and I went there in preparation for a nearby surgery. We had been there before for her pre-opt appointment. We plan to go back for her follow-up appointment. The free breakfast was good. Bagels, eggs, country-style potatoes, oatmeal, and waffles. They advertise a restaurant, but it is currently closed, and they are about to start renovations on April 6. There are several restaurants within ten minutes. The pool is nice. They have a fire pit adjacent to the lobby, which is a nice touch. Anytime we have a reason to be down that way, we will definitely stay here.

This is the only hotel we have found with two bedroom suites available. We always appreciate the extra help we get from staff. We are elderly and they help us get our luggage up to our room.

Decent hotel, walking distance to the business venue. Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen (is it useful?) in each apartment. Swimming pool was warm, but not very clean + a pair of ducks was using it. Breakfast was very poor comparing to European standards. Parking fee is a very unpleasant surprise especially that there are no issues with a space (not a city-centre type of location). Lack of lifts was unpleasant surprise as I had to carry 30 kg suitcase to the second floor through narrow staircase

Excellent clean rooms with kitchen , and I love that...so glad I decided to check it out ..lovely breakfast with great selection of food. Will be back and its my to go place . Loved and enjoyed the experience.👌✨️🎈🍁👏

It was comfortable, quiet and affordable. The rooms and furniture could use some upgrading/updating however. An explanation of how breakfast/snacks and housekeeping worked upon check-in would've been helpful as well. The towels hadn't been changed out during our stay (we stayed 3 nights) and when I called down to the desk on our last morning for some fresh ones to shower before we left, they took way too long, over 30min. We ended up just reusing old ones. It was the perfect mid-peninsula spot for us to meet with family to the north and the south. And the trio-suite was the perfect size for my family of 4. We would stay here again despite the few tiny hiccups.

Was on the 2nd floor and the noise above woke me up several times; but a great stay. The beds are above comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you Hyatt.

Great value especially for families. Clean, good coffee and breakfast, very quiet during the week for business travel.

Great Place to stay, Clean and Quite place, best value, especially for 2 rooms suite, atmosphere is comfortable, good for longer stay, beautiful and safe neighborhood, good for jogging and outdoor walk.

Great stay, hotel location is good and staff was very helpful. We were upgraded to a much nicer suite and the front desk got us into a desirable floor. There are no elevators at the property.
