I stayed here for a week while traveling for work. It was a very clean and well maintained hotel. The room was exceptional in size. The staff was extremely helpful and always available for any of my needs. House keeping did wonderful. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful both inside and out, and we very much appreciated the quietness so we could rest after a long day of traveling.

The team at Hyatt House in Kentucky made my 2-month Bubba’s 33 training feel like home. I never needed a single thing during my extended stay because their staff always came through above and beyond. I’m so grateful for their warm hospitality and top-notch care. I’d totally recommend staying here to anybody! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just stayed one night, while passing through town. Hotels is in a nice location. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

Excellent Hotel! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was spectacular, one of the best at a hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and updated. The staff was super helpful, kind, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious. The bathrooms are super nice and the shower was wonderful. We had a slight problem with the toilet but the staff got it fixed pretty quickly. The breakfast available each morning was nice and had lots of options available. Parking is available for free during your stay.

This motel uses motion sensing programmable thermostats which limits the lowest temperature in the room and turns off the AC unit and the lights when you go to bed. You wake up hours later sweltering in the heat. If you want to sleep in a pool of sweat, STAY HERE, if not, stay elsewhere. I am a Hyatt Globalist and will NEVER stay here again. Renters do have rights.

The location wasn't far off the highway. The property was clean and inviting. Our room had a kitchenette with all the necessary wares and dishwasher! Very cute! I was very impressed with the price and all that was included. Wonderful breakfast with amazing attendants! They were def 5 stars!! We will defiantly use Hyatt in the future as a favorite! Would defiantly recommend!

Nice location, convenient to restaurants. It was easy to drive to Louisville from this location. Clean hotel, clean room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative were the other people on the floor who ignored the quiet time after 10:00 pm. Lots of loud talking and door slamming as they walked through the hallway. Breakfast was also good.

Staff was friendly. Got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom king suite. Room was clean. Kitchen area in room was nice and big. Bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable.

Great hotel and location. Breakfast is fantastic and rooms are nicely appointed. My number one choice whenever traveling through Louisville.

This is a newer hotel and excellent in every way: comfort, cleanliness, attentive staff, good breakfast, walkable area and very quiet. It’s close to a main thoroughfare, but not right on it. There are several restaurants close by and we enjoyed being able to walk to a near by Chipotle’s for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return whenever we are in the area.

Very good experience with this hotel. I would highly recommend it moving forward. The staff was attentive, professional, very friendly and competent. Everything was clean and consistent with my expectations and I would recommend it for travelers passing through the area. You can book it!

One of the best places to stay in east Louisville. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast one of the best available (even offers fresh made omelets. )

Great hotel. Beds are very comfortable. The temperature was very comfortable. The breakfast offered was very good - lot of selections and a fresh cooked to order offering that was different every morning. Great business stop for us.

This extended hotel is relatively new and seems well maintained. I have stayed there multiple times. It is approximately 15 minutes away from the KCC convention center by car. It is located in a safe, suburban neighbourhood. The staff attending to the front desk are friendly and helpful. Some rooms have full kitchens and they are quiet. No issues with the WiFi. The bathroom door slides closed (some people don't like this). The shower is a walk-in style (no tub) with strong pressure and hot water. There is no bathroom fan, so steam from the shower is passively vented. Housekeeping is minimal which is to be expected for an extended stay hotel. There is a bar on the main floor, but I didn't use it. There is a breakfast buffet, but again, I didn't eat there. A friendly reminder to look for the Hyatt *House* when booking. A Hyatt *Place* hotel is a short distance away and is not recommended. In summary, this Hyatt House gets a strong recommendation from me.

Hotel is well located, very near to great shopping and many restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Staff is courteous, efficient, and helpful. Water pressure is fabulous! Breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast we've had anywhere. The made-to-order omelets were delicious, coffee was excellent, sweet potato tater tots were yummy, and my husband loved the biscuits and sausage gravy.

I will never stay here again due to the additional form I had to sign to stay because my daughter is an athlete. I have never had to sign one of these anywhere we've ever stayed. Simply because they had some terrible guests at one point does not subject me to this after I have booked, arrive to check in, and am made to accept these terms to stay without providing me a copy. Not acceptable. Then I requested that my conditioner be filled that was empty, repair the door closure that was making a horrendous noise every time the door was opened or closed, and fix the toilet handle that was broken. We had to hold the toilet handle up for several seconds to get the water to stop. They did send someone but we had a privacy notice in the door due to my daughter napping. I was back in the room within the hour as they told me maintenance would come back prior to the end of their shift which never happened.

Beds were comfortable! Rooms were quiet and the shower water pressure is fantastic! Best breakfast spread I have had at a hotel, if I’m ever staying remotely close to Louisville again this will be the place!!

I stayed during Christmas week. I would not recommend to stay at hotel during this time. There was low amount of staff. The cleaning crew was invisible. The food quality was not good at breakfast. They have a amazing presentation for breakfast but the food quality is not good. expect carbs like bread, cereal, waffles. They have sausage but its low qaulity food items. I recommend more fruit. The bedrooms are not pleasant. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear. They use a smart hvac system. The system turns on and off. The lowest temperature is 65 but the system doesn't run constant. The room gets very stuffy. There is no exhaust vent for the bathroom, so the hot water travels to the bedroom. the rooms get very hot and stuffy. the windows are air sealed tight. The couch has funky smell to it. When we arrived toilet paper and paper towels were not replaced. The showe is another issue too.
