Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Hyatt House Rochester / Mayo Clinic Area. We allow dogs and cats up to 50 pounds. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $100 on stays 14 nights or less. For stays longer than 14 nights, the cleaning fee to be determined by management. A maximum of two animals per room.

FEES: 

1–14 nights: $175/stay (includes cleaning fee)

15 or more nights: $250 plus a deep-cleaning fee determined by management 

WEIGHT LIMITS:

Up to two dogs or cats with a combined weight of up to 50 pounds.
