Overall a little disappointed. No shower gel and or shampoo. It was empty and by the time I found my own shampoo the water turned very cold. Very sad.

The room was clean and they had a nice breakfast. It would have been even better if the hot tub would have been working. The front desk was very accommodating. If we travel back to this area I would like to stay here again. The price was very reasonable compared to other Hyatt Hotels.

Hotel was unprepared for check in two and a half hours after posted check in time. Customer service was poor and unprofessional. Room was as expected and clean.

Couch had numerous stains, desk chair visibly worn and peeling. Paint chipping on one wall above bed. Really, not what I would ever expect for a Hyatt hotel, especially at over 200.00 per night.

This is my 3rd stay with Hyatt over the last 2 years and the hot tub is still out of order. The quality of breakfast has gone down. The shower was practically unusable due to the curtain being a sheet with no weights and spraying water everywhere. Finally it took forever to check in cause no one was at the desk. I had to go to the bar to ask them for help finding someone.

Rogers, AR Double Queen, with living room. The bed was very comfortable. Our son enjoyed having his our space in the living room since his is 13. We enjoyed our stay

Me and my husband spent 1 night and have to admit it was an excellent stay. Room was spacious, extremely clean, so was bathroom. Walking distance from the venue where Bob Dylan played his show. Nice and big parking lot. Only cons was that hotel bar was closed that night and ice machine was out of order. We will definitely be back there. Highly recommend

Great hotel, friendly desk staff for both check in and check out. Hot breakfast, lots of variety. Large clean rooms and amazing water pressure

This is a very nice Hotel. The only downside was temperature of water in swimming pool. Bed was comfortable, room was large. Breakfast was very good.

Terrible hotel. Foul mildew and cigarette smell throughout the Hotel especially in the room. The lighting in the room is terrible and dull. Your room feels dark and eerie. The sofa was disgusting and stained with red and whit stains. Not sure. I asked for a new room and was given another room with the same foul smell and stained sofa. Shut the Hotel down and remodel. The TV capability is only cable. You cannot stream off the old TV.

The location was perfect, centrally located to many attractions. The staff was so exceptional in making our stay delightful.

They charged me twice and refuse to refund me. Don’t stay here. I never put a bad review but in this economy, paying $350 for one night when it was supposed to be $150 is ridiculous.

Excellent service at the front desk. And they told me about the high quality of the food at lunch and dinner, which I tried and found to be excellent. The chef is a hidden treasure. His sandwiches and chocolate cake should be separately marketed; they are that good! The room and bathroom were very clean. The pillows seemed to be feather-filled, not those cheap foam pillows I can't stand. I would only suggest the hotel add a cellphone charging unit in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and great value. I stayed here with my wife and teen son. Plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are clean with all the amenities. The front seat staf were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

The restaurant was closed. Not even to continental breakfast. Nothing within walking distance. Won't go back again. .

Very clean. Courteous staff. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Really close to everything including the Walmart AMP.

Hotel is in desperate need of an update. Carpet in the hall was coming up and smelled of mildew. Felt like I walked into an episode of the Brady Bunch. No charging station, difficult to find the light switches and there were no curtains on the windows. Just sheers. No way to block the light or noise.

This is a great location for visiting NWA. The spacious 2queen bed with den room was actually a suite with doors to separate the rooms and 2TVs and small bar/kitchenette area. The bathroom also had an actual door, not a glass barn door which was a plus. Staying in a hotel with a bar and restaurant is very convenient after a busy day traveling. They salads on the menu were made fresh and good quality.

It's really the only place I'll stay at in the Bentonville/Rogers area. It's close to everything and the rooms are big and comfortable.

Excellent experience. The young ladies manning the front desk during my two-night stay were excellent--pleasant, polite, and very helpful. A good reflection on local hotel management. The breakfasts were excellent, the ice machine conveniently located, and the lobby and hallways were ventilated with some kind of pleasant air freshener. I had to have some minor surgery at the local Mercy-Rogers Hospital, so this hotel (closest hotel to the hospital) made this easier to deal with.
