It is in a central location close to Salt Lake City without the congestion. Hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast was better than the Marriott Courtyard and Hiltons. Rooms were clean but you could hear the other guests going in and out of their rooms clearly. Value was on par for what you get. Room was clean but noise level was not good. Hotel staff needs to walk the hallways more to pick up the trash people leave outside of their rooms like pizza Box's, In-N-Out Burger bags, etc. The Pool closes at 10pm sharp and the gym is ok to get a fair workout in. Definitely short on equipment

Clean and comfortable room. Kind staff. They allow pets and pets e had some loud barking in a neighboring room. We left for dinner and all was quiet when we returned. Great breakfast!

Great experience, exceeding expectations. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Short distance to the national parks and a close drive to a great town.

A great hotel next to the fantastic Ruth theater. Stay there, go to a show, and wake up to a fresh, made to order omelet. I can't imagine a better weekend stay anywhere in the entire Salt Lake area.

Overall, good. There were some things that were frustrating, like asking for a later checkout, being granted that later checkout, but hotel staff tried coming in several times. Toilet paper holder broken and TP would fall off, tape on the ceiling and wall from previous guests, but the breakfast was Phenomenal!

Best hotel we have stayed. Staff was outstanding-couterous-rooms Extra clean-no noise. Great value for cost of comfort.

Very nice and modern Hyatt in Provo. Free parking. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Front desk staff were lovely!

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for food and drink options. The room was spacious and clean. The Breakfast had a free omelet bar that was amazing with options of egg whites.

This hotel is brand new and in a really great location. It’s close to a lot of amenities. The staff was kind and attentive and the rooms were clean and modern.

Head of maid staff was rude and took all clean towel from room and left little to use after her “cleaning” never asked if needed to replace instead she assumed strange using of a chair in shower and not welcoming at all. Should make sure to have her do extra training and best if use do not disturb on door unless absolutely necessary

We were welcomed by friendly staff into a beautiful hotel. Everything was clean, fresh & welcoming. The room was spotless. Safe area with dining options across the street. Views of the mountains were nice to wake up to. Highly recommend this hotel & would return

Love this hotel. It’s always clean and I love that the hot tub and pool are outside. Breakfast is always yummy. We stay here at least once every other month and it is just down the road from our house. It’s a nice staycation and we go for the relaxing hot tub!!

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff super friendly and attentive. It served a great homebase while attending business meetings.

Excellent stay at this Hyatt House. The location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good with the omelette bar exceptional. Overall a great experience- thanks Hyatt House, keep up the great work!

The main reason I chose to stay at the Hyatt was their free EV charging. I needed an adapter since I have a Tesla, but I anticipated this and had mine. It Just Worked. You need a guest permit that the front desk gives you so that you don't get towed. The hot tub, breakfast, and quality of the rooms were all good too.

Great staff. Very clean and kept up hotel. The hotel offers anything you could need. Has a bar for dinner options and the breakfast the next morning was the best continental breakfast I have ever been offered. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past couple of years and the cleanliness and service has been top notch all this time. Breakfast is better than than what you expect and there is always fresh fruit. Rooms are spacious and have the right amenities. Parking is convenient and there is a few charger spots. This is close to our office so easy getting there. Will definitely stay there more times as long as i visit our provo offices.

We were initially placed in room 103, and it seemed like every time someone flushed a toilet we'd hear through drain in pipes down our wall. After about an hour of that, we asked the staff to move us and they put us in a really nice suite. Breakfast was great, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and fruit.

It is always wonderful staying at the Hyatt in Pleasant Grove. The staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean. I travel from FL every quarter, and this is my go to place.
