Could of been better
Location was great, lots of restaurants and activities in the area. Bedding was not clean and floors were sticky. Only 1 elevator was operating. Going between floors was a very long process due to the high traffic of guests this weekend. For the price, I was expecting a better maintained hotel.

Terrible customer service
The level of customer service I received was absolutely awful. We were the bride and groom hosting a wedding at the hotel with 18 rooms reserved, and the front desk would not like the groom check-in to his room early to get ready for pictures. It was infuriating and caused a hassle for us on our big day. Additionally, I had gift bags for our guests and they switched our bags with the wedding from the night before. Again, very disappointing and the response I received back from the front desk staff showed that they did not care at all. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor quality and service
The room did not get cleaned despite asking for one, the parking was oversold which created a mess, people parked all over the place, the staff is not friendly overall, poor breakfast quality. This was not a cheap room but did not feel like I was staying in Hyatt.

3 Star hotel with a 5 Star feel.
Had a cancelled flight and missed the first night. Management and staff were all top notch in providing a courtesy credit and throughout the stay. Kelly also went the extra mile to provide extra service in retrieving items from the kitchen. Griffin, Bree, Lilly and Matt all made you feel at home. It's nice to stay at a place where you know there's a helpful and attentive staff just in case. Rooms here are updated well and have very functional work spaces. Will definitely return.

Beware of Parking Garage; It Could be a Deal-Breaker
Guests driving to this hotel should think seriously before booking. This is especially true if you expect to use your car during the stay. The garage is designed for valet service, but it isn't available. The self-park situation is very bad; guests don't follow the rules and spaces are tight. Hyatt should be embarrassed by the situation it created. Check in was slow. The outdoor patio was never available due to wedding receptions. Room was clean, spacious & AC worked well.

How can you not have enough parking at a hotel?
The hotel is fine but there's not enough parking so you become a valet and either have to jockey cars or park at another lot.

Worst billing experience
The hotel incorrectly billed me on my credit card after I made the reservation with my points. Called multiple times but the issue still was not resolved. It would seem that the hotel is doing this on purpose to rig off their guests. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Nice hotel along the river.
Great hotel in a convenient location. The hotel is clean and nicely appointed as it was renovated recently. They have a good breakfast spread and the gym has been upgraded to include a cable machine and smith machine. The front desk was helpful and accommodating. A shout out to Tshidi and Corey who were awesome. A bonus is that it’s right next to the Hofbruahaus restaurant and REI.

Apartment Style Living
What a fantastic stay. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Easy access to shops and restaurants and a beautiful view of the river.

A night in the Burg
The hotel is very nice, clean and accommodating. There are 2 nice restaurants, Cheesecake Factory across the street and Hofbrau Haus next door. The bar staff at the hotel were nice and the pours they made were appropriate; you got what you were paying for.
