Hyatt Place for ASU visit
The Hyatt Place was a comfortable experience and we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, as was the hotel. Breakfast was great and the location to ASU is outstanding. I would recommend this as a stopover for any family visiting ASU.

Room was the best
Corner 1 bedroom suite was very nice! Clean, spacious, loved having a huge work station on the kitchen island as opposed to a small desk area. It was just me so it was ideal. Some small details were missed, like the coffee pot filter area not being cleaned, and dish washing powder not left after a cleaning. But otherwise, great stay and I would request the exact same corner room if I were to stay again.

Bathroom Facilities need to be improved
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but the bathroom facilities in the hotel rooms need to be improved, especially the faucet on the sink sometimes only gives out very hot water and cannot be adjusted to cold water, thanks.

One day stay
The room was clean and useful with the kitchen. I also utilized the iron for my wrinkled clothes after my flight for my meeting next morning. Close to restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again as well. Keep in mind parking is $16 a day.

Relaxing time at Hyatt House / Tempe
The hotel was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the needs of its guests. The room was spacious and very clean. The parking location was very convenient. I just wished the pool bar was open on Sunday's. That was the only miss.

ASU graduation!
The was the perfect place to stay for ASU graduation. Everything was within walking distance… to the stadium, restaurants and very close to the airport. The rooftop bar was excellent too. It’s also got garage parking right outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location for ASU visitors!
I stayed here because it was the closest to my daughter’s dorm and I was helping her move out for the summer. Great location - walkable to everything you could need. Campus, Trader Joe’s, plenty of restaurants. I didn’t even use my car that I parked (for an additional $16 per day fee) at the parking garage next door. The breakfast selection was large, which was great. First morning I was pleasantly surprised. Second morning everything was so overcooked I couldn’t eat it, unfortunately. The space for breakfast is really nice, light and bright. The pool is tiny, but the view from it is nice. The weather wasn’t cooperating during my stay, so not pool weather and they closed the rooftop bar all 3 days I was there. I imagine it’s really neat at night in warm weather. The only thing I was not happy with was the HVAC system (an actual system, not one of those on the wall under a window units) was SO LOUD. If you don’t mind aggressive white noise, likely won’t be an issue, but I didn’t sleep much at all during my stay.

We Love Hyatt House!
This is the second time my coworkers and I have stayed at a Hyatt House when traveling, and we LOVE it! It’s great to have your own studio apartment. I love the layout of the room, and the breakfast is a nice plus. This hotel is so much better than your typical place. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay. Right in the heart of ASU campus area. Lots of places close by to eat. Only negative I was having to pay $16.00 per day to park. Breakfast eating area was very large and had lots of outdoor eating space as well. We didn’t try the breakfast but it was offered.

Great home base for visiting kid at ASU!
Very nice, large room with full kitchen right across from ASU campus where my son is attending college. They offer garage parking to keep the hot sun off your car. Only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. Not sure if they offer breakfast as we had to leave at 5:15am for our flight.
