The location is perfect for shopping and visiting Philadelphia without staying in the city. The rooms were comfortable with double queen beds and air conditioning at quieter levels. There was a good selection at breakfast and the area was clean.

Located near many food and businesses. Friendly , hospitable staff, luxurious suites. Extremely satisfied with my stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Staff was very friendly! Hotel is in a safe location with many amenities near by. This was my second time staying at this property and I would stay here again.

We loved staying here. First, parking is free and ample — although in the late evening it might be a little packed due to Melting Pot Restaurant right next door but there is enough spaces for all. This is close and far enough from center city Philly and I personally like being away from the crowd. Check in was so seamless and quick, they held some good we ordered beforehand for us without any issue. We got a king suite and the room comes with a sofabed that was comfortable for my daughter. The best part was the full kitchen fully stocked and equipped with the basics! Trader Joe’s and Target are just a couple of minutes away so stocking leftovers, snacks, drinks and the ice packs was so convenient. No ice machine visit needed. We visited Netflix house which was literally across the road at the King of Prussia mal. Highly recommend taking a visit there as well — it’s inside the mall so shopping and Netflix stuff in one day was a great little escape. The hotel is clean, esp the pool and hot tub area. I went at 8am right after breakfast and it was not crowded. Breakfast was also fully stocked with more than just the regular continental items. I was able to spend an hour with just my family at the pool which has towels and a rinsing shower- bring flip flops. Overall, when I go back to Netflix House this season, we have our official home away from home! Thank you Hyatt House! See you soon.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was an overnight getaway for my husband's birthday and we went to the Netflix House at the KOP mall. We were upgraded to a King Studio. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was just as expected, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel layout is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. I also appreciate it the cleanliness of the hotel and the location is great.

Stayed here while vending at the Phoenixville Punk Rock Flea Market. The location was excellent as far as proximity to the convention. Discovered proximity to probably the best mall I've ever been to. If you want to do serious shopping there is probably no better place to stay. The room was great. Bed was comfortable. Shower was spacious and relaxing. Everything was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The snack area was well stocked and easy to use.

The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. They really seemed to appreciate talking with us and our 6 year old son every day. We came for 3 nights to explore some new activities in the area, and could not have asked for a better hotel experience. It was affordable, has a great location, and offered a pool for an evening swim with my son. The breakfast was included and offered all your continental items, along with several rotating hot items each day. It was DOG FRIENDLY, and they were very welcoming to both of our dogs as well. We had a great experience and will certainly be back again! Oh, and our king suite was very nice as well. It offered a full sized refrigerator, stove top, and microwave.

Excellent Customer Service, amazing beauty in the lobby. They should have their restaurant open, even with a limited menu. It is dissapointing to be a hyatt rewards member unable to get rewards by purchasing a lunch or dinner. Many hyatts have this same issue. At least its not the nearby hyatt place where they went "we never have food, whats a placery". especially after how rude they were at the hyatt place, it went from a dump to a beautiful hotel by switching. the hyatt place prussia is not a hyatt, its a haunted mansion

Great experience. Staff accommodated an early arrival. Longe area and bar are a plus. Room is nice and very clean. Good location near KOP mall.

I was in King of Prussia to visit a friend and there were not that may hotel options. I read the review and the Hyatt House had the best, and I would say it definitely lived up to them. My room was very big, having a kitchen was nice, everything felt updated and clean. The staff was very nice. My only negative is that it faces the highway. That being said, my room faced the highway directly and the road noise was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity.

The room was nice, and the staff in the lobby were very welcoming. However, they didn't offer coffee or tea in the lobby. I rarely make my own drinks in my room because the hotels I stay at usually have them in the lobby, which is very convenient.

Location was perfect, not a bad drive to Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, & right be the Mall. Very nice, clean area. Highway access is handy. Hotel itself is bright & nicely decorated, as well as clean and functional. Our King bed room was very large & comfortable, as well as quiet. Nice big window, VERY comfortable bed, lots of counter space. Bathroom was spacious with a decent size countertop and a nice-sized shower with great water pressure. Free breakfast was good, but we wished for a waffle maker, pancake maker or warm cinnamon rolls that we've experienced at other hotels. One day they had french toast sticks which were really good! It was a clean and pleasant atmosphere & plenty of seating. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very nice, clean hotel. We have stayed here many times while visiting Philadelphia. Right next to the King of Prussia Mall. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Easy online check in, greeted with a smile after a stressful travel day was welcomed and appreciated , my preferences in room location was met (highest floor away from elevator). Room was extremely clean, spacious, fridge, microwave, etc. Shower was very big and as weird as this may sound, I appreciated the tiled floors in the shower and the exhaust fan. Bathroom was large and well stocked with plenty of towels washcloths. Location of hotel was very easy walk across the street to KOP mall (took me 5 mins). Continental breakfast was good, nice choices, even for a gluten free person. Workout room was clean and had plenty of machines and equipment. Indoor pool looked nice, I didn’t use it but could clearly see into it from workout room. My only two complaints which are small…they were out of extra pillows beyond the one extra in closet (to their defense they were expecting a shipment but a day after I was due to leave. On the other hand, they should always have extra pillows available at all times). And while the bed was very comfortable, their blankets are horribly horribly scratchy…if you’re driving and like soft blankets, definitely bring your own otherwise the ones they have mimic sandpaper. Give it a strong 9/9.5. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We had a group of people staying for a youth sporting event. The hotel was perfect. Very accommodating. Quiet and great amenities. We loved the pool and the breakfast. And the staff was always so kind and helpful.

We always enjoy staying at the Hyatt House in King of Prussia. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient—on our last visit, they even suggested fun things to do nearby with our grandchildren. We had dinner at the restaurant bar, and the bartender went above and beyond by bringing extra dipping sauces. The pool area was pleasant and well-kept; when we needed towels, I texted the Hyatt number and received a reply within five minutes. Warm towels arrived shortly after! We also requested a late checkout, which they easily accommodated. It’s a great location, especially convenient for longer stays.

We were greeted cordially, and our room was ready when we checked in. We were duly impressed with our accommodations. Our only problem was the food at the H Bar. We ordered a cheesesteak that not only did not have cheese on it it was extremely salty. I mentioned it briefly to the bartender, but did not pursue it, basically we had had a long day and I just wanted something to eat- we ended up getting ice cream at the mini shop in the hotel to quell the saltiness. Other than that first night's experience, everything else was wonderful.

This is a great hotel. I never have issues there, the staff is friendly, and the accommodations are good!
