Great stay
Excellent location. Very safe. The property was very clean. The staff is very welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and had a variety of items.
Great location, great staff.
Visiting our son and his family in Beaverton and selected this Hyatt because of the great location. Fantastic food cart lot a block away, plus many other restaurants within a block or two. Walkable to an open air mall, which has a Powells book store, if you have never been to Powells you must check it out. This Hyatt is clean and friendly. Shout out to the DJ at the front desk. Definitely can recommend staying here.
In the heart of Beaverton
Very nice establishment in the heart of Beaverton. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Clean and modern hotel, breakfast is very good and free! Light rail is just outside the door and takes you to Portland or the airport. Highly recommend.
Great stay. Very nice rooms. Very convenient location.
Very nice stay at the Hyatt House Portland / Beaverton, our room was in very good condition, clean, The front desk staff at check-in was very welcoming. Great location and easy walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Wonderful Staff and Beautiful Space
This has been a wonderful stay, due in large part to the outstanding staff at this Hyatt. I've been here for an extended period under difficult personal circumstances, and the team has consistently gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. All the staff deserve special recognition for his warmth and flexibility — they made what could have been a stressful stay genuinely manageable. The kitchenette suite has been a real comfort, giving me space to cook and settle in during a long stay away from home. Thank you to everyone here for the kindness and attentiveness you've shown me. Highly recommend this property.
Great location plus clean and spacious room!
This is my second time staying at Hyatt House in Beaverton. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many great coffee spots and restaurants, plus steps away from delicious food trucks. I traveled with family and my dog so the spacious rooms with a kitchen area, makes staying here so easy. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip up!
Excellent Portland choice for quality and convenience
This is a great hotel option when visiting the Portland area. Its location steps from the TriMet Max light rail allows easy access to the city center and Washington Park. It's a little more than an hour by rail to the airport, which avoids the airport car rental experience; there's an Enterprise lot not far from the Hyatt if car is needed. Rooms are nicely laid out and many include full kitchen, though there are various food options nearby, and the hotel's free breakfast is fine. Very clean and quiet; staff is friendly and helpful; large fitness room. Overall a good experience and a great value.
Boutique Look - Motel 8 quality
internet an electronics spotty. very friendly staff with no idea of what to do. A bar that has no soft drinks or the ability to make a mixed drink (rum & coke or gin and tonic), no room service
Great location, odd breakfast
Nice location, clean hotel and friendly staff. A couple wonky things: they don't really replenish breakfast so when it's out, it's out. Even with a half hour before breakfast is closing they will rush to shut it down, which means you're lucky to get a bit of scrambled eggs. Also the motion sensor lights in the bathroom for myself and relatives staying in the hotel would go off every few minutes due to the rumble of the train. Overall the staff was nice and it was relatively easygoing.
Excellent option to stay and enjoy
This hotel is located in a great area, the surroundings are nice and there are several restaurant options close by. The hotel is a is excellent, it feels brand new and the breakfast was really good as well (try the pancakes they are great!).
Comfortable, convenient, modern
Rooms are very efficient and functional. Everything is relatively new and modern. Breakfast area could have been kept cleaner, but that was because they were short-staffed. Street parking on weekends is free, which is nice because hotel parking is limited and is $35/day.
Best value and highest quality in Beaverton!
Great value, delicious breakfast, exceptionally clean and modern rooms with great shower! Check in took just a few minutes. Attentive staff and quiet atmosphere. Great walking accessibility to downtown Beaverton!
Overall good clean hotel that is next to a train station you can use to get to Airport and City
Location is next to train station and is the middle area that is convenient to go south, or to the coast or to the city. There are lots of food choices. Parking fees are a pain! You can get it lot cheaper across from the hotel.
Excellent except for parking
Hotel is very nice overall and service and breakfast were good. The parking situation is difficult though. Street parking is available but can be hard to come by and only for certain times overnight. The lot in back is very expensive ($35 whether overnight or for one hour). Also, only one elevator worked while we were there and we never saw anyone trying to fix that.
Short but sweet; wish I could have stayed longer
The room was large and clean with a full (? can't remember if there was an oven) kitchen that fufilled it's purpose nicely. Parking was either street, a nearby garage or a few spaces behind the hotel for $35/day but it wasn't an issue. I found street parking easily. It's in a nice area with restaurants steps away and a large strip mall a 3 minute drive away with New Seasons grocery store and other restauarants.
Cool
A cool, calm stay. The Internet/wifi just needs to improve. Apparently has been an issue for some time...? Other than that, very good vibes, with nice shops around the area, so you can return to your room without any issues. Very quiet and peaceful
$35 hidden fee parking charge for suburb area too much.

Great staff, great hotel, not luxury, best value
Very good hotel and great staff not a spa or resort. Steps from light rail & bus. Plenty of restaurants. Not bustling, but close enough to everything you want.
Nice experience, great staff
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to park in their loading zone for an hour so that I could then move to free street parking.
Wonderful stay!
Clean hotel and friendly staff. Stayed six nights and everything was fantastic. There is a charge to park but front desk was helpful with less expensive alternatives. Breakfast was good. Location great. Room comfortable. Housekeeping fantastic.
