Pet Policy

Stay at our pet-friendly Virginia Beach Oceanfront hotel for an unforgettable getaway with your furry friends. Enjoy top-notch amenities and a prime location. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, dogs can be on the Boardwalk from 6 am to 7 pm and on certain beaches outside the resort area before 10 am and after 6 pm, always on a leash. The rest of the year, pets can enjoy the Boardwalk and beaches anytime. A leash is required on the Boardwalk and supervision is required if off-leash in the sand. Service animals are always welcome. For stays of 30+ nights, a deep cleaning fee may apply.

FEES:

Up to six nights, $100/stay

7–30 nights, an additional $100 cleaning fee ($200 total)

30+ night stays will include a deep cleaning fee at hotel's discretion

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you arrive early or need to depart late, our team will likely be able to store your luggage.

Minimum Age Requirements

In order to reserve a room and check-in to our property, you must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid driver’s license and credit card. The hotel requires that someone at least 21 years old stays on the property and is responsible for all activity that takes place

Incidentals and Credit Card Pre-authorization

A $20 incidental deposit per night will be authorized on all credit and debit cards at check-in to cover any incidental charges. The hotel reserves the right to authorize method of payment prior to arrival.
