Hotel Policies

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card on file will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional set amount for incidental charges. The additional incidental charge is $100 per stay for a reservation during the nights of Sunday through Thursday. The additional incidental charge is $250 per stay for a reservation on Friday and Saturday nights. 

 

DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after check-out. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend using a credit card at check-in and, to settle your balance, use your debit card at checkout.

Your canine companions are always welcome at our pet-friendly hotel in Pleasant Hill, California. Guests are allowed a maximum of two (2) dogs per room, and the pet fees outlined below cover cleaning to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. Pets with weights that exceed these limits are permitted only at the hotel’s discretion. Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

The fee(s) will be inclusive of taxes.

Guidelines

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Hyatt House Pleasant Hill observes and enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. every day. If you are in violation of these quiet hours, you will be notified by our hotel team. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in you being removed from the hotel's property with no refund for your reservation. 

Express Housekeeping is Hyatt's evolved housekeeping stayover program for Hyatt Place and Hyatt House properties in the Americas. Express Housekeeping provides lighter service, every second night (every other day), compared to the traditional daily full stayover cleaning. This program acknowledges the needed evolution for more frequent housekeeping stayover service in today’s business climate.
