Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Mississippi River Views!
We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and exactly as pictured, with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the bar had a spectacular view that we absolutely loved! We would definitely stay here again!

In Mississippi find in East Marine
The Hyatt place in East Moline Is a terrific overnight on the Mississippi river. The hotel is a typical Hyatt experience with the location is wonderful For people who like to take walks or take a run along to Mississippi. There are not many restaurants in the area, but the hotel has a Terrific rooftop restaurant with shareable food and a bar. We got from the bar. Unfortunately ours was very, very salty but most people like that.. Still I have to say we had a wonderful experience. Breakfast was As expecte With a buffet of scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and waffles. They even had chocolate milk for kids – – or big kids! We were very to discover this hotel. Also, it is very pet friendly. They gave our dogs lots of snacks and walking outside was great, as I mentioned earlier. A very important issue for people on the road. They have a good spot to walk your dogs after hours in the car!

Sisters Weekend
Very clean hotel with clean rooms and the view was very nice. Nice pool area. Breakfast buffet was great,variety of food to choose from. 9th fl guest cocktail lounge was awesome. All the hotel staff was nice and friendly. Definitely will be back.

Loved Our Stay
Beautiful location. Room with a view. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was great... hotel staff, friendly and efficient. Compared to other hotels in the area, pay a little bit extra to get a lot extra. As far as value and service.

Great hotel. Great stay. The rooms are large. The breakfast was superb. We will make this our go to hotel in the Quad Cities.

Quick overnight stay.
Perfect location on the river it had everything we needed. Stayed just the one night on our way back home from Colorado. I would stay here again.

Great experience all around.
This is our go to hotel when in the Quad Cities. The staff are friendly and the place is kept up very well. We really like the River Room bar on the 9th floor. The view of the Mississippi River is spectacular and Tony, the bartender, is top notch.

Great place
Everything from check i. To check out is amazing. The front desk staff are AWESOME and very helpful. The 9 dot restaurant has a amazing menu. The new pork chop dinner is highly recommended. The bar staff is GREAT. Very friendly and very personable. Rooms are very nice and updated . All n all a great place to stay

River view
This is a beautiful new hotel on the riverfront. The ninth level bar has a beautiful view of the river. The rooms are nice sized with everything you need. The pool is that of a business hotel. There is no lounging room or space for many people.

Nice hotel. One of the better Hyatt Place properties out there.
Nice and clean Hyatt Place. We were traveling through and the hotel meet all our needs. -Clean -Nice breakfast. -Pool. -Laundry facilities. They also a lounge on the 9th floor with a nice view of the Mississippi. We would definitely stay again.
Outstanding Service and Beautiful River Views
I've stayed at this hotel twice, and both visits have been excellent. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The woman who checked me in made me feel right at home, and later, a gentleman at the front desk with a beard was quick to help when I needed extra bedding. I also had a great experience at the River Room bar. The bartender was extremely busy but remained professional and attentive to everyone. I was especially impressed when a member of the front desk team came upstairs to help during the rush. It was great to see everyone working together to provide outstanding customer service. The hotel itself offers beautiful river views, comfortable rooms, a great value, and a convenient location near Augustana College. My son is planning to attend Augustana and play sports there, so I'll likely be staying at this hotel many times over the next several years. In fact, my experience here was so positive that I decided to join the World of Hyatt program. I look forward to returning and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Quad Cities area. Thank you for providing a platform where travelers can share experiences and recognize businesses that go above and beyond.

Worst Hyatt in my experience
The hotel is barebones. And the service is suboptimal. Tv didn’t work. They don’t answer the phones nor clean the rooms.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional Service. Absolutely the best hotel in the area. The pizza in the restaurant was fantastic and the service was excellent.

Not for me
The bedding, the filler between the sheets was filthy. One bed it was literally dirt all around the edges, the other has stains. The pool was cloudy. The breakfast was mediocre and mostly cold (even when brought out "fresh"). There was one guy who really made the stay easier and welcoming- thanks :)

Pleasant Experience
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. I had no issues when i requested additional towels. The bar staff were nice and very infromative about the area. I would stay there again.

Everything was great! Room was nice, breakfast was very tasty, and staff were amazing. We opted for a river view room which was beautiful.

Rust Belt event? STAY HERE!!
Rust Belt venue is so close. Hotel is clean, and professional. Breakfast was exceptional. We’ve stayed at a some places similar pricing, that we didn’t really even want to take our shoes off. A place to crash, so we didn’t drive sleepy. This hotel was nothing like that. Felt like a warm hug after a huge event. Enjoyed watching the barges float by. The whole weekend was magical. Thank you.

Great Experience.
My friend recommended that we stay here as it was close to her home, so we booked our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming the moment we stepped in the door, they met all of our needs and answered our questions. The facilities were clean and well-kept, even if the pesky mayflies were running rampant. The breakfast is hands down the best we've had at a hotel. There is a really nice walking path that leads you next to the Mississippi River, and I enjoyed a few early morning walks to see the view - such a peaceful experience. The only hiccup was coming back later evening on Saturday (around 9:30 or so), the main parking lot was full so we had to park across the street. But there was plenty of light and very little traffic so crossing the street wasn't too treacherous. The pool was probably less than we had hoped, but since it caters to more business professionals it makes sense. Overall an incredible experience and look forward to more stays here.
