Package Policy

Fee: $10 per package

Limit: 10 packages per reservation

Size: Package should not exceed 10 pounds.

Packages can be sent one week prior to arrival; anything sent before will be rejected. Hotel storage space is limited. Hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Credit card deposit is required. A deposit of $1 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Incidental Charge

Hotel will accept cash upon checkout, however the guest must also present a valid credit card at check-in. The hotel will authorize a credit card hold to cover full room charges and taxes, as well as a $75 incidental hold per night. The guest may pay for cash upon checkout. It typically takes 24–72 hours to release the authorization hold.

Pet Policy

We make it easy to spend time with your pets during a stay at Hyatt House Miami Airport. You can also take your pets to select restaurants, cafés, boutiques and pet parks nearby. 

FEES:  

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

WEIGHT LIMITS: 

One dog: 50 lbs 

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined
