Needs Improvement in Guest Service and Amenities
The hotel has potential, but a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable. Providing drinking water for guests would be appreciated, and the toiletries could be upgraded. I also felt that guest interactions could be warmer and more customer focused. Requests such as room changes and general inquiries should be handled with greater empathy, responsiveness, and a stronger commitment to guest satisfaction.
Good Place and Bad housekeeping experience
Very nice location, good property. Less English speaking staff, Staff not helpful and rigid due to Language issues. Laundry service was opted and clothes were handed over after 5 days. Which made me ware daily same clothes in the office ( very embarrassing situation I faced in office). Lastly I was asked to pay full charges, then with some discussion it was reduced by 40%. But I was Not expecting this from Hyatt.
Great connecting bridge to ABC hospital.
Excellent for being in the ABC hospital. The bridge connecting is amazing. Breakfast is complete and rooms are OK. Staff is friendly. Parking is $240 pesos a night…. And difficult to get… but is Ok for the Santa Fe zone. Circle K, convenience store is inside the building, they close at 9 pm.
Santa Fe, Mexico City
Location is in a very industrial working area. Felt very safe. Near shopping plaza and beautiful riverwalk. Hotel staff was very friendly. Security 24/7. Clean facility.

Top Notch
Excellent stay for exploring the business district of Mexico City. Near high-end shopping mall, expansive urban park, and train station. Accessible via ride share, public transport, or self-drive. ---------------------------------------
nice and neat
its so close to parque la mexicana so its nice for morning runs and the hotel had so many amenities upon request and overall was a very neat stay. The staff was attentive and personal and Ubers from there to condesa area was not expensive or far at all.
A serious let down
The air conditioning did not work in our room for the first two nights of our stay, so we were left sweating in our sleep. The front desk assured us that it would be taken care of "within the hour." It took 3 days. There were stains on the comforter and sheets, the blackout curtian was broken so we were woken up wit the sun glaring in our eyes at 6:30 each morning, and the showerhead was not connected properly so water sprayed in every direction and soaked the bathroom every time we showered. I'm willing to forgive some of that because it's Mexico, but for the price you pay at this Hotel, you should not be having these isssues. If you are a Hyatt member, forget your usual perks. I am a Discoverist member. No complimentary bottled water- I had to pay for it at the front desk. No points were added to my account for the stay until I called the Discoverist line 2 weeeks later and they realized that they had never added my points. It's as if the World of Hyatt program doesn't exist in Mexico. It's a shame because it is a nice hotel and could be a great place to stay. I will say the breakfast food was phenomenal. That's about all it had going for it.
Weekend concert stay
Overall I have mixed feelings about my stay. The staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was nice. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. They granted us late checkout, which was very helpful on our last day. What I did not love… The bathtub was not as clean as expected, the shower curtain was yellowish, had some stains and an odd smell. However, the rest of the room was clean, spacious and in good condition. The hotel had a problem on the second day where there was no hot water due to a burst pipe. They said it would be fixed within 2 hours. At the 2 - hour mark (around 2 PM), they advised it would not be fixed soon and provided as a solution, to use the showers in the basement. The showers were clean and the staff provided towels, shampoo, etc. I just wished they would’ve provided this solution initially and not have us waste 2 hours.
Expectations were met
Staff was friendly and willing to assist us. Happy to know the staff is bilingual (Spanish & English)
Bad hotel hotel stay away, no running water very noise rooms on the top floors
Bad hotel, stay away, be live it or not no running water one day, theybdaid it will take them a foullenhoura to fix, very noise rooms on the top middle rooms since they have the fenteql ac chiller in the roof, do yourself a favor stay somewhere else
Power outage. Broken AC. Great staff
The staff was really nice and helpful but they didn't charge us for our full stay so we had to return to the front desk the following day to pay the remainder. The power outage and the broken AC was a bad experience but that's out of the control of the staff. They were very friendly
Excellent Service
Service experience was excellent , all staff were courteous and friendly , the room was confortable and clean , location was convenient for my visit , I like the best the service of the staff , did not like the Gym equipment
Hotel calls random companies charging "outstanding balances" from guests.
I am writing with regards the stay of one guest at the hotel. We check out on Friday 06 October at 1:45pm. Later that day, one of your employees very rudely and unprofessionally called a subsidiary of one company we work for to claim MXN563.74 of an open amount on the guest's stay. This guest does not work for the Mexican subsidiary of the company. The guest has nothing to do with the Mexican subsidiary of the company - they are two different companies. The amount is related to lunch the guest had on Friday 06 October at 12:23pm. She checked out over an hour after that. Apparently the hotel itself, the employees of the hotel itself, forgot to add the lunch amount to the final bill. The guest settled the final amount of the bill she was shown and then we left for the airport. It is not the Mexican's subsidiary of the company's responsibility to cover that amount. It is not the guest's responsibility to ensure all amounts are charged on the bill. This behavior from the hotel, to chase a random company to claim MXN500 is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You should own to your mistakes and enhance your process to ensure you are charging everything for the guest. If you do not charge everything you must, then it is your loss. You have put the guest in a very uncomfortable situation with the Mexican company because of your incompetence. I'm embarrassed to call this hotel a part of Hyatt. Be better.
Great place to stay!
In all my years of travel, this Hyatt House has the best breakfasts period! The selections were excellent, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was great, and they were always polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. You will not be disappointed.
Not very hospitable hotel
Not a hospitable hotel and the staff was not friendly. As a Discoverist member, a bottle of water and room upgrade should have been offered. Was it offered either. I had to ask for a bottle of water. They gave me a bottle that was not in a sealed bottle.

Dear DallasAtty TheresaC, Thank you very much for sharing your comments en relation to your last visit in our hotel. I must clarify that as an explorist member you don't have the right to upgrade and we kindly gave it to you as an exception an hour after your arrival at mid day. Regarding the water bottle, we have no longer handle platic bottles but glass bottle. We also have a water purification sistem in the hotel. Should you need further information please let me know, I will be happy to help you. My mail: fabrice_bottois@grupopresidente.com Best regards Fabrice
Amazing Staff
The staff was amazing very welcoming always exceeding or expectations restaurant was amazing everything they made with tuna was delicious housekeeping ladies are amazing and very helpful always doing the extra to make our stay the best.
Very large and confortable rooms
We were surprised with the very large and confortable rooms we had. Bathroom is also large except for the wc which I felt too close to the wall. Shower is also nice and large. There is not much decoration but I didn’t mind, I was only there for the night. Valet parking is not so expensive and I was happy to have it.

Home away from home
Excellent views, nice area. If you want to feel at home away from home this is the place. Staff is friendly and they remember who you are and your needs. Working at the lobby felt like working in an enjoyable office with the added benefits of food services and views. Prices are very reasonable and you get Hyatt level of services.
