Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a room is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. This property is completely nonsmoking. The hotel may charge up to a $250 cleaning fee (inclusive of all taxes) to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy. The cleaning fee is charged per stay, not per night. E-cigarettes/vaping may only be utilized in areas designated for smoking. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please visit the host stand for details.

Pet Policy

Weight Limits

Our pet-friendly hotel allows dogs weighing 50 pounds or less and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less per room.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the room is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep-clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens; we also fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in.

Guidelines for Dog Owners

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in food-service areas or the pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room, or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.

Package Receiving and Storage Policy

Hyatt House Orlando / International Drive charges a fee for all shipments received and/or stored for a guest's arrival per sizes below:

Under 50 lbs: $5 per package

Over 50 lbs: $50 per package

Pallets and crates: $150 per item

The hotel’s receiving and storage fees are subject to taxes.

Early Check-In and Late Checkout Fees

All early check-in and late checkout requests are based on availability.

Early check-in before 12 p.m.: $50 + 12.5% tax

Late checkout from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.: $25 + tax per hour

Late checkout after 4 p.m.: Regular rate + tax

Payment Policy

Hyatt House Orlando / International Drive is a cashless hotel, accepting only credit cards, debit cards and mobile payment apps, such as ApplePay.
