Rooms Policy

Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing.

Should guests require decorations for special occasions, please contact our team on +44 (0) 20 3301 9090 for Hyatt House and +44 (0) 20 3814 1234 for Hyatt Regency or email us on reservations.hrlondonstratford@hyatt.com. Please note that bedrooms decorated by guests (including the use of any type of confetti), will carry a professional cleaning services charge of £250 per bedroom per stay. Confetti of any kind is not permitted throughout the hotel.

• Please note that only card payments are accepted at the hotel. Hotel is cashless. 
• Please note that the original card used for booking must be presented on check-in.
•  A pre-authorization for the total stay plus GBP 50 per night will be taken on arrival from the valid payment card used to make the booking. 
• Government-issued photo ID. 
• Minimum check-in age is 18.

VAT Policy

Rates are inclusive of 20% VAT (value added tax).

Food & Drink Service Charge Policy

Please note that a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your food and drinks bill.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a £250 fee.

Pet Policy

While Hyatt Regency London Stratford does not allow pets, we welcome them at Hyatt House London Stratford, we just ask you keep them on a lead in a public area. All pets must be house- trained.

Fees: £30 per dog per night

Weight Limits: Only dogs weighing under 25 kilograms are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a room or suite, provided their combined weight is under 40 kilograms.
