Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at Hyatt House Leeds. We allow one dog under 23 kilograms per room at a charge of £30 per stay. They must be house-trained and on a lead in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the lounge and food service areas. Service dogs are welcome to stay for free.

Rooms Policy

Guests aged 13 and above will be regarded as adults and charged accordingly. Connecting rooms can be requested subject to availability. For special occasion room decorations, please get in touch with our hotel team. Note that decorating rooms by guests, including the use of confetti, may incur a cleaning fee. The use of confetti is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Maximum 1 visitor per room per visit is allowed. Visitor will not stay overnight in hotel room – otherwise Hotel will charge supplement for the additional person.

Visitors must be picked up by the Guest in the lobby of the Hotel and will not receive a key for the room or elevator.

Delivery services do not have access to the guest floors, ordered products are collected by the guest in the lobby. Food delivery must be picked up in the lobby; reception will not deliver food into the room.

It is not allowed to place your own furniture in the room.

It is not allowed to attach posters, paintings or other items to the walls, windows or doors or to make changes in any way to the hotel room.

E-Bikes / E-Scooters / Electric Cars or any other form of battery-operated, rechargeable modes of personal transport are not permitted to be charged anywhere (internally or externally) within the Hotel building.

Check-In Policy

The hotel accepts card and cash payments. A valid card must be shown at check-in. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years

VAT Policy

All rates include the applicable value-added tax (VAT).

Food & Drink Service Charge Policy

A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill for food and beverages.

Accessible Rooms

Guests in need of accessible rooms are encouraged to reach out to our hotel team to confirm availability and secure their accommodation. We recommend contacting us early to ensure your needs are met.

Smoking Policy

Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited and may result in a cleaning fee.
