Hotel Fee Policy

All bookings are subject to an 8 percent sales and service tax (SST). A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room will be imposed on all foreign guests, as mandated by the Malaysian government.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur Mont Kiara is smoke-free, and charges will be incurred for smoking in any room. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us provide a comfortable environment for all guests.

Parking

We offer convenient self-parking for a cost of MYR 2 per hour for up to six hours or a flat rate of MYR 12 for stays of longer than six hours. Stays longer than six hours also require validation. Our parking facilities are managed by an external operator, and payment is made at self-service machines near the facility’s exit.

Pet Policy

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur Mont Kiara does not allow pets, including service animals.

Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.

 

Bottled Water

To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
