The best hotel customer service in Sandton
This is such a welcoming hotel. The rooms are comfortable with amenities such as a bar fridge, microwave as well as stove and oven if you choose to cook for yourself. However the restaurant serves equally delicious meals as well as a great tea service. Great location in a residential suburb so not noisy. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back again.
A friendly and clean apartment hotel in Sandton
Hyatt House was a very comfortable stay with friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast. Nothing was toon much trouble for them.
Wonderful staff made our stay memorable
My mother and I had an extended stay at Hyatt House Johannesburg Sandton in July, and the staff made this trip genuinely memorable. Asanda, Simbingole, Kosam, and Peter amongst other staff members (whose names I couldn't remember) were all incredibly kind and attentive — they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The warmth and hospitality of the team is what we'll remember most. Thank you to the whole team!
Overall bad experience
I did not have a good experience. There was a incident at Hyatt house where a lady hit my bakkie from behind on the 29 May. I requested the video footage for insurance purposes. The tech guy promised to send it to me but till now I am waiting. I tried calling but he doesn't even answer and left WhatsApp messages but no thing
Home away from Home 🏡
My home away from home I visit about 4 times a year and will do so going on. As a elderly person I always feel very comfortable and safe when I stay. Friendly staff from front gate to back, Very clean, helpful and always willing to assist with anything. I cant actually say anyhow about the food as I dont eat Spicy or any hot food but Chef is amazing especially the Sweets and will always prepare light for me.
Peaceful
Went there to sleep for one night as I needed a place of quiet rest and tranquility. It delivered. Wish to go explore it again soon
Perfect for a staycation
The hotel was lovely. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. Apart from our room being cleaned at 15:00 while we were there and lack of seating for breakfast, the stay was amazing.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is very,intimate, private and comfortable. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Situated in a quiet suburbs, though close to amenities. The staff at Hyatt Sandton take the statement "customer is king" to the highest level. This is the place to visit for total relaxation and peace.

Pleasant stay
I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt. The rooms were spacious and clean. We dined in and my meal was very nice. An added bonus was the onsite gym.

Necessities glued down
Hard to shower when the wash container was hard to maneuver with being glued down. The body lotion was also glued down to the water basin, so if you wanted to lotion your entire body you had to do so in the bathroom.

Good location but thats all, nothing else
Good Location and free breakfast, but that's all. No room upgrade, and I think the receiption lied to me. When I checked in around 22:30, there was less than 5 cars in the parking, and the receiption guy said they were fully booked. I asked him only 5 cars and fully booked? He said there was a trousit bus. But there was no bus when I checked in and checked out at 7:00, and in the morning around 6:45, only me and anther client were in the restaurant for breakfast. So when the reception forgot to upgrade or didnt want to upgrade, they can easily to say they fully booked.

If every in the area again I WILL go here, for a few days.
It iis in a quiet location, easy to get to from the airport by train and uber, the rooms with a mini kitchen and lots of storage are amazing. It was very clean, the staff very helpfull and happy. The breakfast is amazing anything I would want in a hot full breakfast plus cold options and fruit.

Beautiful stay

Great Hotel, Great Price

Great Value
The hotel staff appeared to make every effort to accommodate requests and to address our needs, but there were a few kinks, namely a smelly bathroom and an unexpected laundry room charge while sharing the laundry room with housekeeping. The breakfast staff was exceptional; however, the “hot” food was often cold.

Definitely recommended - Perfect stay
Stayed for 20+ days. The staff is welcoming and polite and eager to help. The rooms are decent and clean. Breakfast options are good. Situated in a quite neighbouhood, so taking walks before dark or early morning is soothing. Treehouse bar - Excellent addition. Overall - 20 days well spent in this place.

it was okay!!
Great customer service and very responsive and attentive staff at the Reception. Not close to shopping or restaurants. You have to Uber your way in and out. The hotel offer shuttle services to Sandton, the cost can add up pretty quickly if you want good restaurants and bars.

Pleasant stay at hyatt house Sandton
The hyatt house Sandton, is an amazing hotel, for business trips, family trips or just a visit to jhonnesburg. The service is always great. The general manager Mr atief is really one the best GM that I have come accross from various stays in Sandton and I would highly recommend the hyatt house Sandton
