Awfully managed property
Extremely disappointing, the room was cold very cold, needed more than 4 requests to bring heater. Zero hyatt globalist status recognition. Zero care, the bar has 4 bottles of strong liquor and bad wine, missed opportunity. Generally disappointing noting was truly done to improve no apology. Rooms were cold bathroom were practically unusable - cold

Good location but no alcohol in the main restaurant....
Hotel is in a good location near Rosebank Mall. Facilities are average but fair for the price. Do not book if you like a hotel with a bar or wine with your meal. The restaurant is dry and you can only drink at the 5th floor poolside bar which is like a small café and soulless.

A quick stay at Hyatt Place Rosebank
Hotel is comfortable, clean and safe. The staff were very helpful and considerate of our requests and needs. They were also friendly and their smiles genuine. The hotel is located near a mall with plenty of restaurant options or you can eat at the hotel, which was pretty good.

Vacation
The bed and the room are so comfortable. The place is quiet. The workers are helpful with everything that you ask them. The breakfast was so nice and dinner. I can recommend this place for anyone who which to go for vacation and business trip. Good place indeed

Great stay
Excellent stay and facility. The hotel is located in a safe area close to a Mall with a lot of options for food. I enjoyed the breakfast and service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel for business and leisure purposes. The Hop-on-Hop-off bus starts just .2 miles away from the hotel, very convenient.

Family weekend in Joburg
Comfortable hotel with good facilities. Appreciate the halal breakfast and salah room. Found it almost impossible to make wudhu in the room because of small basin but they do have a facility in the salah room. Room size small to average, nice to have kitchenette, didn't find anything to complain about regarding cleanliness except I hate when the toilet seat is left up. Breakfast needs better coffee but selection of other foods is adequate.

Expensive for what you get
I expected that the Hayatt is 5 star. That has always been my impression and staying at the Hyat was almost on a bucket list. It is only 3 star. Very basic accomodation but high price relative to the environment. I could get similar accomodation in the area for less than half the price. Not value for money. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Went there for my wifes birthday andshe had the sane opinion.

Great staff and breakfast
The staff were some of the sweetest and most helpful I have encountered. The breakfast was lovely and different. Please add fresh milk for tea as part of the room service. It was nice being able to do elements of self catering in the room. Room comfortable.

I won't stay here again unfortunately
This hotel looks nice from the photos but they are really missing a few basics. Loud blaring music in the hotel lobby when i arrived at 10:30pm at night, couldn't get a glass of wine as it's halal hotel, air conditioning wasn't working in my room, shower wasn't working, phone wasn't working so i couldn't call the front desk. No mirror near the plugs so you can't see when you're blow drying your hair. Room was very noisy in the middle of the night - maybe the pipes but it sounded like there was a washing machine on for hours. I won't stay here again unfortunately even though the breakfast was great, and the morning staff were superb.

Hyatt House Risebank, the best
The best service ever. The place is clean and the breakfast is delicious. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. Kerp up the good work Hyatt House Rosebank. Unfortunately it was cold, and windy during our stay, and we never got to enjoy the pool but I had a beautiful pic of the sunrise taken from the pool side.
