Pet Policy

We Are Pet Friendly 

Hyatt House Fresno / Campus Pointe welcomes four-legged guests, offering a pet-friendly hotel experience in Fresno. Each room can accommodate up to two pets within a combined weight limit of 75 lbs. A $100 fee applies to stays up to six nights, with an additional $100 fee for visits lasting seven to 30 nights. For extended stays beyond 30 nights, please contact the hotel directly for details.

FEES:

1 to 6 nights: $100/stay

7 to 30 nights: $100 additional/stay

Combined pet weight limit: 75 lbs

Maximum number of pets: 2 

Incidental Charge Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax, and an additional fixed amount per stay for incidentals.DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card at check-in and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
