Pet Policy

For guest staying 1-6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be administered. Guests staying 7-30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. Guests staying more than 30 nights, please contact the hotel. The fee(s) will be inclusive of taxes.

A maximum of two dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guest room providing the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds; the pet fee encompasses this and pets exceeding these weight limits are at the hotel’s discretion. All pets must be housebroken.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Firearms Policy

Pursuant to section 30.06, penal code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under subchapter h, chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.

 Pursuant to section 30.07, penal code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under subchapter h, chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

Non-Smoking Policy

100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking, including tobacco, vapes, e-cigs, and marijuana, is prohibited. Rooms have Rest smoking sensors, which are privacy-compliant and help detect violations. By booking, you consent to their use, waive related claims, and agree not to tamper with the sensors.
