Hotel Policies

Hyatt House Denver Tech Center welcomes dogs only. For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests staying 7–30 nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 31 nights or more, please contact the hotel. There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. The dog fee encompasses this, and dogs exceeding these limits are at the hotel’s discretion. All dogs must be housebroken.

Hyatt House Denver Tech Center requires an incidental hold of $50/night of your reservation. This is a temporary hold placed on a guest’s credit card at check-in to cover potential additional charges beyond the room rate. If no charges are incurred, the hold is lifted. It can take 3 to 10 business days for banks to release the funds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
