Don’t get a room facing Colfax, you’ll be up ALL night, it’s that bad. As a Hyatt Explorist member it didn’t matter to the front desk agent, I was still put in that room. The walls are really thin; I can hear the guest next to me talking. The WiFi is really slow, speeds were around 10mbps download. The AC in the room was lacking, the door under the kitchen sink was falling off and the parking was bad too if you need a handicap accessible space. Look elsewhere, you’ll thank me later.

Great staff. Great location. Good parking. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and gym. On-site laundromat.

Rooms very clean. It was quiet in the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room amenities were great. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen. Breakfast were great and well stocked. Coffee could be much better. Great location for us as I was in the hospital for an extended stay so it made it easy for my wife to stay comfortable and yet so close to me to visit .

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. After everyday I enjoyed returning to the nice room.

The room itself was fantastic and so was the lobby bar tender. The room was spacious, clean and updated. However front desk staff could’ve been friendlier and never offered me free water bottles. We witnessed a car theft occur while parked in the hotel parking lot. Because of that I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great, friendly staff. Delicious Assortment of breakfast. Short walking distance from Anschutz Medical Campus . Rooms are very clean, along with Hotel.

We were there for medical reasons, so we didn't interact with staff much at all but the desk clerk was helpful and polite.

Very clean and well maintained! Staff excellent. Easy location to get to, even though it is not near downtown. Able to get to all tourist spots in Denver relatively easily from this hotel.

Very nice, for me, its very expensive, Although, you get... Security, pool, gym, bar, clean, and BF 630am. Something you can't find where I can afford to go. Im great full for the stay.

This is the place to go if you have loved ones at Anschutz. Very secure, so clean, and offers onsite breakfast and dinner.

The Staff is incredibly helpful, considerate, and supportive! Excellent stay! The hotel is kept immaculate and comfortable! There is no comparison to a recent experience we had with Marriott in the same area! Hyatt House has superseded our expectations for an extended stay for a family member’s very emotional and extensive surgery at Anschutz! Thank you! Thank you!

A medical emergency took us to the CU Hospital, and the Hyatt House was recommended by a hospital social worker. It met our needs splendidly! Flexible sleeping, arrangements, nice kitchen, and an excellent full breakfast were the highlights, along with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant next door (Modern Market Eatery) has delicious healthy food.

Excellent place to stay. Great breakfast. Shuttle to hospital with amazing driver Isaac. Such a blessing.! Housekeeping is on it. They have books for those who need a book to read. Just ask them. We had to move rooms and loved the upgrade. Because of my son's surgery we were there for 3 vereks. It truly was a home away from home.

Hyatt House near UCHealth provides easy access to medical care. Parking is good. The staff is excellent. The comfort of the suite provides the ability to eat in while getting rest.

Being so near the hospital while my daughter was hospitalized was very comforting and convenient. I could walk to the hospital and feel safe. The airport was only about 20 minutes away. The rooms were extremely clean and the hallways were always quiet. The entire staff was friendly and hospitable. I felt very much at home for my 12 night stay. The amenities were more than I expected and even though I didn’t use them all, it was nice knowing they were available options. I had a great view of the mountains from my room. It was a great value for my extended stay! Highly recommend Hyatt House at Anschutz Medical Campus!

I love this place! This Hyatt hotel was a life saver! We had a medical family emergency and had an unplanned, week long, stay in Denver, for a loved one in the hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and went out of their way to help us at every turn. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast we've had included in our hotel stays. Overall I can't thank them enough for all they did and the price on the hotel was way better than I had been anticipating for the Denver area. If you find yourself needing lodging by the hospital, this is a fantastic option.

Breakfast was burnt and awful. Room wasn't ready even thou received an email it was. Alternative room was not what I booked and not ADA even thou I stated I needed that. Bar is overpriced. Pool table is absolutely trash as are the cue sticks. Room faced road and is VERY loud from the street. Terrible windows! Asked for room facing away from road when I booked and wasn't given that.

Very clean, well-appointed room with kitchenette. Excellent choice for anyone needing to be in close proximity to the University of Colorado medical campus. Surrounding neighborhood is developing and location is far from usual tourist activities, so this hotel would not be a first choice for a vacationing tourist.

Unfortunately, our room was truly terrible. The bed had a huge dent in it and not usable. The AC vents blew really hard straight onto both beds at the head level. It blew so hard my hair blew! So - even though it was warm, we had to turn off the AC. The door didn't lock, the wall art was off the wall and leaning on the wall, and being in an ADA room, the equipment wasn't installed. It was on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. And finally, the blackout blinds were automatic and broken. One of them had been pulled out too far and did not open, so we couldn't open either blind. Not a huge deal but overall there were a lot of things wrong with this room. I would never stay here again. We come for Children's hospital and I tried this hotel as a new option, and was super disappointed. It ended up being 0.85 miles to walk to the Hospital. We were in Room 602 I believe. Maybe it was a room that wasn't ready for people to use?

The location was perfect for us! The rooms were very clean, and we love staying at the Hyatt House. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
